GBI signed up at The House to make my… I signed up at The House to make my first purchase of Solomon X ULTRA hiking boots. The House prominently gave me a code for a 15% discount on my first purchase (DF15NM15). I wasted 15 minutes trying to check-out and pay the correct amount. Finally their customer service told me they were not going to extend the discount as promised. Classic BAIT and SWITCH to lure you from another trustworthy on-line retailer.

GBGoing above and beyond! Chase went above and beyond to help me change my shipping speed. He was able to get my package out to me in two business days. The House consistently has great customer service and is always willing to go the extra mile to make their customers satisfied. Definitely recommend purchasing from them. GBWaiting for refund after return. I rated you 3 stars because I’m as yet uncertain as to my experience. The jacket was too tall and thin for me so I’ve returned it, following all the instructions. I have my FedEx receipt but have heard nothing more and have no refund. My experience will either be 5 stars or 1 star depending on how well you handle the refund. I’m adding to my review to increase it to 5 stars because you handled my refund professionally and expeditiously. Thank you for that.

GBGood deal on Burton hoodies Only complaint is that shipping bag was not sealed. I don’t know if that is your shipping department’s fault or FedEx. Other wise everything was in good and new condition. The House always has great merchandise and good deals!

GBTERRIBLE customer service TERRIBLE customer service. Multiple service tickets and 1 hour long phones calls on hold trying to get ahold of ANYONE. Missed shipping an item ordered Dec 26th. Still haven't received it or heard back from anyone. Future shoppers stay away!!
