Great customer service. Like all other companies, I have had some product issues with GI, but they have helped me out with those issues and took care of them. If anyone is having issue with their orders, it's best to give them a call or DM them on their Instagram @airsoftgidotcom

Better than expected I normally don't write reviews, but after seeing so many negative ones I decided I should. I ordered a part to replace on my lancer tactical gen 2 m4, it was a charging handle specifically. Came in about a week later with standard shipping and was the correct part. Give them a try, they worked for me!

Non-responsive customer service These guys will not answer the phones. They rarely answer emails. We requested to cancel an order well before it was shipped out. We were ignored and it was shipped anyway. Every attempt we've made to contact them to return the items since has been futile. They don't respond to emails or answer phones and just ignore you. I'd stay away!

Good products great selection high shipping cost Good products and great selection. My only complaint would b shipping costs. They r always insanely high no matter what u purchase. I was getting charged 20-30 dollars for something so small it would have cost me 5 dollars to ship myself. I have actually had multiple items in my cart on different occasions and did not finalize the order because shipping was too high. Ended up buying elsewhere and saving 30 dollars on shipping

Airsoft GI Airsoft GI has reputable knowledge of all things invloved in airsoft. Great customer service and a huge selection. However, that being said, the mystery boxes. Are they really worth the lack of free shipping or discounts? Paying $200 for a box with shipping and getting a gun valued at $169 with freeship. Not cool. Additionally, many times I've seen the higher tier mystery box prizes go on sale shortly after if almost not immediately after the box hits basically for the same price as the box. Once again, not cool. My two cents. I've always shopped primarly with Airsoft GI and will continue to do so in the future, as they are probably the most reputable company in the market.
