I was getting charged 20-30 dollars for something so small it would have cost me 5 dollars to ship myself. I have actually had multiple items in my cart on different occasions and did not finalize the order because shipping was too high. Ended up buying elsewhere and saving 30 dollars on shipping

Magazine was defective out of the box Magazine was defective out of the box. No one answers the customer service number. A warranty claim has been filled and a lame email reply-question of “have you purged the mag and refill?”

Non-responsive customer service These guys will not answer the phones. They rarely answer emails. We requested to cancel an order well before it was shipped out. We were ignored and it was shipped anyway. Every attempt we've made to contact them to return the items since has been futile. They don't respond to emails or answer phones and just ignore you. I'd stay away!

Great company, prompt shipping and awesome customer service. After returning to Airsoft after many years I was deciding on which company to begin ordering from. AirsoftGI has a solid website and great pricing so I went with them. I've had prompt shipping, correct orders, and great customer service. My most recent order was some Elite Force BBs. I accidentally ordered the non-bio BBs and reached out to support to cancel my order. I received a response almost immediately from Eric A. and he helped correct my order. Gun shipped in good condition and… Gun shipped in good condition and operated perfectly. Went with a dozen friends who all dropped in 150 to 200$ range and they wanted my gun (Lancer tactical Gen 2 M4 Keymod Grey). Highly recommended from a beginners standpoint.
