Unable to return parts per their policy I placed an order in early October for several items. After receiving the items I realized I ordered some parts I don’t need. Per their return policy these items can be returned since they are unused and I’m returning them within 45 days of purchase. However, in order to return the parts I need RMA before I can send them back. I completed a RMA request on their website, and submitted followups asking for the status, no response to the RMA request. I’ve also tried calling them several times, no one answers the phone and cannot leave a voicemail. I’ve purchased from them a bunch of times, but if they are not going to answer their phone or answer their RMA requests on their website I’ll buy from others moving forward.

WARNING WARNING! Airsoft GI are scammers! Recently noticed that in their base version of the Push Unite mask, they purposely have items listed in the description that actually doesn't come with the mask, they put it there hoping others wouldn't notice. I have sent them countless emails regarding the matter and they will not fix, they are purposely baiting people so they can clear their shelves from it.

Quality products/ good deals Got a good deal on several items now, and they've all arrived in great shape. Shipping is slow compared to today's standard, and i wish the website would use more than 1 photo per item, but it's all great quality at competitive prices.

Magazine was defective out of the box Magazine was defective out of the box. No one answers the customer service number. A warranty claim has been filled and a lame email reply-question of “have you purged the mag and refill?”
