USUnable to return parts per their policy I placed an order in early October for several items. After receiving the items I realized I ordered some parts I don’t need. Per their return policy these items can be returned since they are unused and I’m returning them within 45 days of purchase. However, in order to return the parts I need RMA before I can send them back. I completed a RMA request on their website, and submitted followups asking for the status, no response to the RMA request. I’ve also tried calling them several times, no one answers the phone and cannot leave a voicemail. I’ve purchased from them a bunch of times, but if they are not going to answer their phone or answer their RMA requests on their website I’ll buy from others moving forward.

USBought A Hi Capa and Recieved So I bought a hi capa which is army armament 613xl and I got it but they gave me the wrong magazine I tried calling customer service and they told me to email them about a picture of the gun and magazine. Its been almost 2 weeks and still havent gotten a call back or emailed back whatsoever. I am NEVER buying anything else from THIS COMPANY ANYMORE!!

USGreat customer service. Like all other companies, I have had some product issues with GI, but they have helped me out with those issues and took care of them. If anyone is having issue with their orders, it's best to give them a call or DM them on their Instagram @airsoftgidotcom

USI enjoy Airsoft GI I enjoy Airsoft GI! Good service, comprable prices and equipments. Good speed at processing and shipping orders. However, I do feel that the inventory is a little lack luster in the tactical equipment cataegory. I feel more variety is needed, especially along the lines of optics, attachments, protective gear and the likes.

AirsoftGI has a solid website and great pricing so I went with them. I've had prompt shipping, correct orders, and great customer service. My most recent order was some Elite Force BBs. I accidentally ordered the non-bio BBs and reached out to support to cancel my order. I received a response almost immediately from Eric A. and he helped correct my order.
