I mostly have enjoyed my experience… I mostly have enjoyed my experience with AirsoftGI. There are great deals too. That being said, any mystery gifts I have gotten have been patches or a t-shirt. I understand it's a chance but I ordered 3 for the $5 mystery box and two days before AirsoftGI did the whole mystery gift week I had placed orders, not knowing that two days later the mystery week would begin. I'm satisfied for the service, dissappointed in the lack of communication for upcoming deals.

Don’t shop any where else I have ordered many items from GI Airsoft over several years . I think their prices are very competitive. They have great deals on hundreds of items every month, and their holiday specials are awesome! If I have a problem with an item I can call their customer service line an they always take care of the issue. I highly recommend gi Airsoft to any new an veteran players . Unable to return parts per their policy I placed an order in early October for several items. After receiving the items I realized I ordered some parts I don’t need. Per their return policy these items can be returned since they are unused and I’m returning them within 45 days of purchase. However, in order to return the parts I need RMA before I can send them back. I completed a RMA request on their website, and submitted followups asking for the status, no response to the RMA request. I’ve also tried calling them several times, no one answers the phone and cannot leave a voicemail. I’ve purchased from them a bunch of times, but if they are not going to answer their phone or answer their RMA requests on their website I’ll buy from others moving forward.

Magazine was defective out of the box Magazine was defective out of the box. No one answers the customer service number. A warranty claim has been filled and a lame email reply-question of “have you purged the mag and refill?”

I enjoy Airsoft GI I enjoy Airsoft GI! Good service, comprable prices and equipments. Good speed at processing and shipping orders. However, I do feel that the inventory is a little lack luster in the tactical equipment cataegory. I feel more variety is needed, especially along the lines of optics, attachments, protective gear and the likes.
