USI ordered a golf club holder I ordered a golf club holder. It was set to be delivered on December 4. I still don’t have my order and it is not trackable. They do not pay for priority shipping or any tracking status. They refuse to refund me and cannot tell me when or if my item will arrive. Buyer beware. Items do not arrive when they say they will and they do not care.

SENot the best costumer service The order was supposed to include a free ball marker clip but when the package arrived it wasn’t in there. I reached out to them and they basically said “oh well”, no offer to send one. This took away from the whole experience unfortunately.

USExceeded Expectations I ordered a custom old fashioned hickory putter with engraving. The staff was very responsive to questions, understanding my time constraints (my poor planning, not theirs). Turnaround time was so much faster than expected. And the quality of the product was WAY above expectation- usually on other websites when you get something personalized, its a cheap knock off of whatever you ordered. Not in this case- AT ALL. Very high quality materials, great engraving, and a leatherette cover fitted to the club as well. I am so, so impressed. USIt was ok I was s little disappointed with what came with the basket when it arrived, for the price i paid it just seemed a little expensive. Besides the fact I requested it be delivered on a certain day or close to it, a fay or two. It ended up arriving a week or so later. I was starting to think that I was ot going to recieve It. Other than that the recipient of the basket was pleased, and I guess that's all that really matters.
