Not the best costumer service The order was supposed to include a free ball marker clip but when the package arrived it wasn’t in there. I reached out to them and they basically said “oh well”, no offer to send one. This took away from the whole experience unfortunately.

It was ok I was s little disappointed with what came with the basket when it arrived, for the price i paid it just seemed a little expensive. Besides the fact I requested it be delivered on a certain day or close to it, a fay or two. It ended up arriving a week or so later. I was starting to think that I was ot going to recieve It. Other than that the recipient of the basket was pleased, and I guess that's all that really matters.

Improve order confirmation process Ordered a Black Box ball marker set, product is very good. Would have liked to see a preview of what I ordered before final order was placed, to confirm my choice was correct. (initials style) Was unable to track order with tracking number provided and would like to see a confirmation the product was delivered

Received the order quickly Received the order quickly. The ball marker material used was a bit on the light side. The color printing could be more more vivid. It looked a bit washed. Price for the product is reasonable considering the small volume ordered and turn around time was great.

Still no shirt Ordered a small green Master's shirt on April 14 with 2 day delivery. Still no shirt on April 29.
