GBI ordered a golf club holder I ordered a golf club holder. It was set to be delivered on December 4. I still don’t have my order and it is not trackable. They do not pay for priority shipping or any tracking status. They refuse to refund me and cannot tell me when or if my item will arrive. Buyer beware. Items do not arrive when they say they will and they do not care.

GBI order a deluxe golf basket for… I order a deluxe golf basket for husband was disappointed that half stuff wasn’t in if and instead cork screw thongs were he’s an recovering alcohol and I was quite disappointed he loves golf and I purchased the basket for the golf stuff if I new ahead of time it wasn’t going to be in basket I would not of order it he ate the crackers and wafers. . Really disappointed

GBImprove order confirmation process Ordered a Black Box ball marker set, product is very good. Would have liked to see a preview of what I ordered before final order was placed, to confirm my choice was correct. (initials style) Was unable to track order with tracking number provided and would like to see a confirmation the product was delivered

I don’t normally complete surveys but I just had to share how surprised I was with the response to my request. I was being very picky about my new grandson’s gift and they treated me like it was their most important issue and immediately sent me a replacement!
