GBWorst Customer Service I’ve ever seen! I ordered a $600 rower. When they sent it to me it was missing a bunch of hardware. I spent a week trying to get in touch with someone and finally someone returned my email. I said EXACTLY the hardware that I was missing, the quantity I was missing, and even included a picture of their instructions to better reference it… and a WEEK later i get shipment from them and it’s the wrong hardware! I can’t call them because they don’t list a phone number, they don’t respond in chats, they don’t respond in emails. All I want to do is build this $600 rower but it’s been sitting in pieces on my floor for weeks now. I wrote a negative review and when I heard back from them I deleted the review out of good faith and this is the thanks that I get!

GBUtter failure Utter failure. The package arrived with missing parts. Nearly impossible to reach customer support. No phone number. I finally got one email reply, but I have no idea if they are shipping the missing parts or not.

GBThis company has zero customer service This company has zero customer service. Phone appears to be disabled. I received the rowing machine quickly. Missing four bolts to assemble it. Can get no response or make contact with gorowingo.com at all. Product might be good IF it could be assembled. I would recommend not to order based on the fact it appears no way to contact them or resolution to their problem of missing parts.

GBI ordered the classic rowing machine in… I ordered the classic rowing machine in the middle of October. The machine was shipped with me with incomplete parts so it is impossible to assemble. I informed the company about this and identified the missing parts and they resent duplicates of a part I already have. Terrible customer service has left me trying to find a solution for over a month now. No phone number, terrible communication delays via email, no web based chat. STAY AWAY from this company.
