GBMissing parts/terrible customer service Missing several parts. Customer service is slow and incompetent. After several asks, I was sent a replacement parts package that didn’t have any of the missing parts that I detailed. Now, I’m not getting a response regarding sending the correct parts or initiating a return/refund. Extremely frustrated.

GBUtter failure Utter failure. The package arrived with missing parts. Nearly impossible to reach customer support. No phone number. I finally got one email reply, but I have no idea if they are shipping the missing parts or not.

GBWorst Customer Service I’ve ever seen! I ordered a $600 rower. When they sent it to me it was missing a bunch of hardware. I spent a week trying to get in touch with someone and finally someone returned my email. I said EXACTLY the hardware that I was missing, the quantity I was missing, and even included a picture of their instructions to better reference it… and a WEEK later i get shipment from them and it’s the wrong hardware! I can’t call them because they don’t list a phone number, they don’t respond in chats, they don’t respond in emails. All I want to do is build this $600 rower but it’s been sitting in pieces on my floor for weeks now. I wrote a negative review and when I heard back from them I deleted the review out of good faith and this is the thanks that I get!

GBGot water rower as gift, missing critical part! Got water rower as gift. When went to assemble, was missing the seat pad and had broken phone holder. I have no way to contact company as their website is down! No seat pad makes the machine completely nonfunctional! Help!
