GBWorst Customer Service I’ve ever seen! I ordered a $600 rower. When they sent it to me it was missing a bunch of hardware. I spent a week trying to get in touch with someone and finally someone returned my email. I said EXACTLY the hardware that I was missing, the quantity I was missing, and even included a picture of their instructions to better reference it… and a WEEK later i get shipment from them and it’s the wrong hardware! I can’t call them because they don’t list a phone number, they don’t respond in chats, they don’t respond in emails. All I want to do is build this $600 rower but it’s been sitting in pieces on my floor for weeks now. I wrote a negative review and when I heard back from them I deleted the review out of good faith and this is the thanks that I get!

GBMislabeled components, Difficult display Mislabeled components made it difficult to assemble. (Screws were mislabeled, so we had to figure some portions out on our own.) The electronic display is also not very user-friendly, so I haven't even bothered using it. The ESL grammar in the user manual doesn't help...

GBGot water rower as gift, missing critical part! Got water rower as gift. When went to assemble, was missing the seat pad and had broken phone holder. I have no way to contact company as their website is down! No seat pad makes the machine completely nonfunctional! Help!
