GBTerrible Customer Service I ordered and paid for a rower online. A couple of days later I received an email that the rower was listed at the wrong price and my order was canceled. I emailed back requesting to speak to a manager or supervisor. I should be able to get the product for the price listed online. My requests were ignored. Terrible sevice!

GBYou honestly don’t want me to leave a review You honestly don’t want me to review this product and my experience. But since I’ve gotten a mere 10 automated emails about it, here it is: shipping was delayed a week. NBD. It’s January, stuff gets delayed. Then received the box with no assembly instructions. No user manual. No QR code to link to the instructions, nothing. There’s also no instructions on the website. When you do find the user manual on the website that has what’s included in your box, the instructions aren’t instructions, they’re simple pictures with little explanations. No arrows. Just basic diagrams. Which I could have made work if the bags with all the screws and equipment was labeled correctly. Per the diagrams, I was supposed to have bags A-M. I was missing multiple bags and had multiple bags labeled with the same letter. It took forever to sort out which bags were mislabeled and which screws corresponded to the correct item so that we could even begin assembling with the confusing instructions (again, that were not included in the box). Low and behold. The footboard does not, and will never fit this machine. We have had to screw our own holes to fit it to the planks and the drum. I mean I guess that’s what we had to do since we had no instructions. I emailed customer service about not having parts/instructions/parts being mislabeled the day that we received our shipment and have heard nothing. But I’ve gotten every email they’ve sent about reviewing the product. So here you go. Here’s your review.

GBGot water rower as gift, missing critical part! Got water rower as gift. When went to assemble, was missing the seat pad and had broken phone holder. I have no way to contact company as their website is down! No seat pad makes the machine completely nonfunctional! Help!
