Overall it's a good machine Overall it's a good machine. However the foot rests are to small to use with my shoes on, so making them a little wider at the heel would be good. Also the direction to put it together could use a little better direction. But overall it provides a good workout.

Utter failure Utter failure. The package arrived with missing parts. Nearly impossible to reach customer support. No phone number. I finally got one email reply, but I have no idea if they are shipping the missing parts or not.

Got water rower as gift, missing critical part! Got water rower as gift. When went to assemble, was missing the seat pad and had broken phone holder. I have no way to contact company as their website is down! No seat pad makes the machine completely nonfunctional! Help!

Product poor quality Product poor quality. Support board pulled loose from frame. Difficulty attaching seat. Plastic running slide for seat wheels cracked. Company issued full refund. Not even trying to redeem the sale with replacement parts. Save your money until to can afford a Concept 2 rower.
