CAWorried at first but all good in the end When I ordered my helmet, boots and gloves I didn't receive any confirmation or an email saying my order was shipped. I became worried thait it was a mistake but within a week the order was delivered and I love the products.

GBHorrible. False advertising. Got street boots for snowboarding Absolutely horrible. First of all I received street boots for snowboarding boots that you could get at Kmart. They tell me that 100s are satisfied w this. They sent me rusted bindings and scratched boards. Nothing is usable and I have to pay myself to ship it all back. I am thankful I ordered early enough so I can order somewhere else. Never buy from here! Better quality is available for just as low of a price pretty much anywhere else.

GBF*CK THAT COMPANY! I sent my boots back in exchange for a size larger 2 MONTHS AGO! I've made several attempts to contact them about it, but when NO ONE answers the phone, and no one replies to your emails about how they've essentially STOLEN from you and they need to pay you back, I can honestly say this is by far the WORST SERVICE I've ever gotten from any company! I'm STILL WAITING for my boots, OR MONEY, to be returned to me, or SOMEONE'S gonna be payin out the @$$ in court!

GBWISHING WE READ THESE REVIEWS B4 BUYING FROM THE CROOKS Nice as pie during the purchasing process. Now it seems the company has fallen off the face of the earth! Received the wrong colored board and two left bindings. Have sent numerous emails with no response. Have tried calling almost every day. No one answers and voice mailbox is full. There's got to be a way to report these thieves and somehow get our money back. Will join forces with anyone wanting to file suit.

GBTheives and liars I ordered over $350 worth of merchandise on November 28th and received my products within 2 weeks. Upon inspection of my order I realized I didn't receive the leash & lock combo I ordered. I immediately emailed the company and received no reply, nor did they reply to the 3 following emails I sent regarding this issue. The phone number goes directly to voicemail and a full mailbox, so no ability to leave a message. The chat feature on the site is never answered either. I am currently disputing the charges through PayPal and my next step will be a class action law suit followed by a civil suit against the owner personally. This company has zero customer service and are ran by either incompetent morons or theives! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
