GBBummer we can't give 0 stars Wow, where to start? Everything arrived quickly, great. But bindings were rusted - so rusted. and in such poor condition that they broke within minutes of use. when they called me to ask a question, they were super nice. when i called the first time that the bindings broke (after not receiving an e-mail response after several days), response was nasty and dismissive and told me to "send a picture". i did, heard nothing. then another break. this time "brittany" from customer service sent mail and said that since "i bought used bindings" they wouldn't send me new ones (even though new ones should have already been on the way due to first breakage). bottom line is that these people have zero customer service and a crappy, dangerous product. i only wish i'd looked at reviews before doing any business from them, they are ridiculously unscrupulous. i'd give them 0 stars if that was an option.

GBTheives and liars I ordered over $350 worth of merchandise on November 28th and received my products within 2 weeks. Upon inspection of my order I realized I didn't receive the leash & lock combo I ordered. I immediately emailed the company and received no reply, nor did they reply to the 3 following emails I sent regarding this issue. The phone number goes directly to voicemail and a full mailbox, so no ability to leave a message. The chat feature on the site is never answered either. I am currently disputing the charges through PayPal and my next step will be a class action law suit followed by a civil suit against the owner personally. This company has zero customer service and are ran by either incompetent morons or theives! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

GBFalse Advertising and NO CISTOMER SERVICE Ordered a snowboard and the binding inserts are not standard. I tried a local hardware store, a friend that has hardware from the past 25 years of snowboarding and finally a proshop at the closest ski resort to no avail. The proshop informed that the inserts were also crooked which comprises the integrity. This company advertises that the board is of high quality and that is simply not the case. I have tried to contact the seller many times and have not heard back. I ended up having to dispute the charge.

GBBoardsForLess ships damaged goods Ordered a Snowboard and bindings from BoardsForLess.com for a Christmas present. Items arrived on time, however Board was damaged and there's no evidence it happened during shipment. A section of the topcoat, about 7" long and 2" wide was cracked and pulled completely off the Board. There was no damage to the box, or pieces of the topcoat in the box, which indicates it was shipped like that. The receipt I printed mentions, in tiny print, that there were some "minor cosmetic issues" with the board, but believe me, this isn't a minor cosmetic thing. It makes the board look terrible. Customer Service: non-existent. Multiple emails go un-answered. Phone calls go to a voicemail box that is full and won't take additional messages. Summary: Buyer beware. I suspect they unload items purchased at damaged auctions and then remain silent if there's any customer dissatisfaction. I'd never order from these schysters again.

GBF*CK THAT COMPANY! I sent my boots back in exchange for a size larger 2 MONTHS AGO! I've made several attempts to contact them about it, but when NO ONE answers the phone, and no one replies to your emails about how they've essentially STOLEN from you and they need to pay you back, I can honestly say this is by far the WORST SERVICE I've ever gotten from any company! I'm STILL WAITING for my boots, OR MONEY, to be returned to me, or SOMEONE'S gonna be payin out the @$$ in court!
