GBWISHING WE READ THESE REVIEWS B4 BUYING FROM THE CROOKS Nice as pie during the purchasing process. Now it seems the company has fallen off the face of the earth! Received the wrong colored board and two left bindings. Have sent numerous emails with no response. Have tried calling almost every day. No one answers and voice mailbox is full. There's got to be a way to report these thieves and somehow get our money back. Will join forces with anyone wanting to file suit.

GBBoardsforless = great prices on snowboards Girlfriend loves her board, shipping was quick but their is no way to contact anyone and my emails were not initionally returned. So great product at a great price with poor customer service. With improved customer service I would give 5 stars.

GBBummer we can't give 0 stars Wow, where to start? Everything arrived quickly, great. But bindings were rusted - so rusted. and in such poor condition that they broke within minutes of use. when they called me to ask a question, they were super nice. when i called the first time that the bindings broke (after not receiving an e-mail response after several days), response was nasty and dismissive and told me to "send a picture". i did, heard nothing. then another break. this time "brittany" from customer service sent mail and said that since "i bought used bindings" they wouldn't send me new ones (even though new ones should have already been on the way due to first breakage). bottom line is that these people have zero customer service and a crappy, dangerous product. i only wish i'd looked at reviews before doing any business from them, they are ridiculously unscrupulous. i'd give them 0 stars if that was an option.

GBShameful, NO customer service I have been trying for over a year to get a refund for an item that was returned in Dec 2013. The company claimed to have sent a credit to my account but a year's worth of review shows no such credit. The company has ignored multiple emails and even ignored a written letter sent through the mail. As others have found, the phone number is useless as it goes directly to voicemail. No response and no refund money. This company needs to learn the power of positive customer service.

GBBOARDSFORLESS.COM IS GREAT I ordered 2 snowboard packages. I received within 4 days from fedex. They are exactly what I ordered. They sent me a order confirmation email and a email with my tracking information. I told my friend about boardsforless and she received the same service. Great company. Best prices. I will order from them again.
