Theives and liars I ordered over $350 worth of merchandise on November 28th and received my products within 2 weeks. Upon inspection of my order I realized I didn't receive the leash & lock combo I ordered. I immediately emailed the company and received no reply, nor did they reply to the 3 following emails I sent regarding this issue. The phone number goes directly to voicemail and a full mailbox, so no ability to leave a message. The chat feature on the site is never answered either. I am currently disputing the charges through PayPal and my next step will be a class action law suit followed by a civil suit against the owner personally. This company has zero customer service and are ran by either incompetent morons or theives! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Just an overall unpleasant experience No customer support! Phone number for company listed on credit card bill is disconnected.No tracking info provided until after package arrived. Customer service can't find order numbers listed in e-mail from the company itself. Boots don't fit but need an authorization code to return?? Still waiting on that??

Shameful, NO customer service I have been trying for over a year to get a refund for an item that was returned in Dec 2013. The company claimed to have sent a credit to my account but a year's worth of review shows no such credit. The company has ignored multiple emails and even ignored a written letter sent through the mail. As others have found, the phone number is useless as it goes directly to voicemail. No response and no refund money. This company needs to learn the power of positive customer service.

Received the wrong colored board and two left bindings. Have sent numerous emails with no response. Have tried calling almost every day. No one answers and voice mailbox is full. There's got to be a way to report these thieves and somehow get our money back. Will join forces with anyone wanting to file suit.

Got my Makuw snowboard at a steal price! have been looking for japanese brand Makuw 真空雪板等 for a while. All on season models shipped from japan costs $300-$500. Was looking for some older models from 3-4 seasons ago. Saw some older models left by the old distributor which has since closed in USA on board for less website. Only cost me $149!!!!! Saw so many poor rated reviews on those horror stories about board for less. So i used Q&A to check with customer service if they had particular models for the board i want. Responded fast no problem. Yes the website itself needs some upgrade and update. we still see christmas shipping details at this time of the year. Tracked the shipping by UPS. Delivered at my doorstep today. To get this board at $149 is a steal. I am happy to do business with board for less and i want to revert the poor impression and review ratings for this company. Because i have had great experience here. ITs a good place if you wanna buy some cheap antiques board .
