F*CK THAT COMPANY! I sent my boots back in exchange for a size larger 2 MONTHS AGO! I've made several attempts to contact them about it, but when NO ONE answers the phone, and no one replies to your emails about how they've essentially STOLEN from you and they need to pay you back, I can honestly say this is by far the WORST SERVICE I've ever gotten from any company! I'm STILL WAITING for my boots, OR MONEY, to be returned to me, or SOMEONE'S gonna be payin out the @$$ in court!

BoardsForLess ships damaged goods Ordered a Snowboard and bindings from BoardsForLess.com for a Christmas present. Items arrived on time, however Board was damaged and there's no evidence it happened during shipment. A section of the topcoat, about 7" long and 2" wide was cracked and pulled completely off the Board. There was no damage to the box, or pieces of the topcoat in the box, which indicates it was shipped like that. The receipt I printed mentions, in tiny print, that there were some "minor cosmetic issues" with the board, but believe me, this isn't a minor cosmetic thing. It makes the board look terrible. Customer Service: non-existent. Multiple emails go un-answered. Phone calls go to a voicemail box that is full and won't take additional messages. Summary: Buyer beware. I suspect they unload items purchased at damaged auctions and then remain silent if there's any customer dissatisfaction. I'd never order from these schysters again.

Terrible customer care NEVER bying from this company again. Beware to Canadian customers. You might not get what you ordered. They posted the wrong image on the website and my son ended up getting an inferior quality boot because of it. Which he feels obliged to keep because he does not want to risk missing out on any winter fun. Furthermore, after reading the reviews i have no confidence that boardsforless would follow up on their promiss to send the right boots.

Great Prices I was freaking out after I placed the order and started reading some of the awful reviews, but I got everything delivered fast and the products have great prices, I dont know much about snowboarding but all the products I got are as described Its true no customer service response from phone, but other than that 5star

Shameful, NO customer service I have been trying for over a year to get a refund for an item that was returned in Dec 2013. The company claimed to have sent a credit to my account but a year's worth of review shows no such credit. The company has ignored multiple emails and even ignored a written letter sent through the mail. As others have found, the phone number is useless as it goes directly to voicemail. No response and no refund money. This company needs to learn the power of positive customer service.
