GBWorked out well I got a good deal on a board, bindings, and boots. At the last minute, I needed to change the shipping address. I called and they sent it to the new location with no problems. My impression is that they don't have a lot of staff, so you don't get much contact with the company. They didn't send a tracking number, but I still received the item earlier than expected. I would do business with them again.

GBBad customer service- Does not respond to multiple emails regarding RMA I've already sent this business multiple emails for an RMA request to return some snowboards boots that ended up being a tad-bit too big for my feet, and yet no response back from these guys. I should have did a search on this business prior to making that transaction as I could have avoided buying from these guys had I known about all these negative reviews about these chumps. I, like others here, most likely will end up with the same fate. My purchase was less than $50 but $50 is money nonetheless.

GBJust an overall unpleasant experience No customer support! Phone number for company listed on credit card bill is disconnected.No tracking info provided until after package arrived. Customer service can't find order numbers listed in e-mail from the company itself. Boots don't fit but need an authorization code to return?? Still waiting on that??

GBFalse Advertising and NO CISTOMER SERVICE Ordered a snowboard and the binding inserts are not standard. I tried a local hardware store, a friend that has hardware from the past 25 years of snowboarding and finally a proshop at the closest ski resort to no avail. The proshop informed that the inserts were also crooked which comprises the integrity. This company advertises that the board is of high quality and that is simply not the case. I have tried to contact the seller many times and have not heard back. I ended up having to dispute the charge.

GBWISHING WE READ THESE REVIEWS B4 BUYING FROM THE CROOKS Nice as pie during the purchasing process. Now it seems the company has fallen off the face of the earth! Received the wrong colored board and two left bindings. Have sent numerous emails with no response. Have tried calling almost every day. No one answers and voice mailbox is full. There's got to be a way to report these thieves and somehow get our money back. Will join forces with anyone wanting to file suit.
