Hidden charges to VIP scheme Purchased some trainers from them a while ago and was asked if I wanted to join their rewards scheme at checkout, seemed ok, but a year later my credit card company highlighted a potential fraud alert. Road Runner Sports tried to charge me $69.99 for a VIP subscription. This is a scam; please don't fall into this trap. I'd suggest steering well clear of the VIP club - I will never shop here again.

Road runner sports has the worst… Road runner sports has the worst customer service and frankly they’re a rip off when it comes to prices. I ordered something online and didn’t notice their website auto populated an old address of mine. I realized it immediately after I had already placed the order. I immediately sent them an email with the correct address and they replied that my order had already shipped and that if I wanted to change the address it would cost me $14. I told them to cancel my order and refund my money and they refused. You can get way better deals and customer service with Amazon. Don’t spend your hard earned money at road runners!

I love road runner membership due to… I love road runner membership due to hundreds of dollars saved over the pay several years. I don’t mind them taking auto dues so I don’t have to think about it, it is so worth it in the savings I get on running she’s for years from this company as I’m a regular. Best place in town to shop. Delivery is fast, reliable 😊
