Road runner sports has the worst… Road runner sports has the worst customer service and frankly they’re a rip off when it comes to prices. I ordered something online and didn’t notice their website auto populated an old address of mine. I realized it immediately after I had already placed the order. I immediately sent them an email with the correct address and they replied that my order had already shipped and that if I wanted to change the address it would cost me $14. I told them to cancel my order and refund my money and they refused. You can get way better deals and customer service with Amazon. Don’t spend your hard earned money at road runners!

After total knee replacement So I was recommended by my PT and orthopedic surgeon to come to your store for an evaluation. I was immediately greeted by a staff person who did my evaluation and recommended a couple of shoes. I tried them on and walked around the store and picked the Hoka shoes. The shoes are wonderful and my hip and knee pain is very much improved. I also got sone socks and shoe inserts and I’m so happy with everything about your stire. I will be revisiting again. Thank you😃

The way they train their employees is… The way they train their employees is basically , try to sell everything you can , and they would do a point system . These poor customers think they just want to buy shoes but end up paying so much more for things they don’t need because employees tell them to . The owner fired me and said they were closing the Torrance store because they thought I was a “mass shooter”Like omg what a thing to say to someone . I’m not violent in anyway possible. I was so surprised when he said this . This is the owner of the company saying this .

I love road runner membership due to… I love road runner membership due to hundreds of dollars saved over the pay several years. I don’t mind them taking auto dues so I don’t have to think about it, it is so worth it in the savings I get on running she’s for years from this company as I’m a regular. Best place in town to shop. Delivery is fast, reliable 😊

Contracted on Friday Contracted on Friday. Pick up Monday..never showed up. Tuesday no show. I could not ahold of a single person...Cancelled Tuesday night...went with Z Tran, they are great
