GBBefore you purchase anything from this company you better hope you won’t have to rely on their customer service Before you purchase anything from Erik’s Bike store read the reviews. There are a few people that had a good experience but there is an overwhelming consistency of comments suggesting that Eriks will take your money but there is no customer service to back their brand. This is absolutely true in my experience with Eriks. I have purchased multiple products from this company but will never do business with them again. Erik’s bikes does not care about their customers or doing what’s right. Stay clear of this company and spend your hard earned money somewhere else.

GBEric’s Coon Rapids-Terrible service and knowledge My wife and I were planning to buy Electic assisted bikes today. We went to many different retailers and evaluated options. I was so disappointed with Eric’s in Coon Rapids, all the advertising in the world can not out-weight being treated like crap by a salesperson who did not know their Products. Saturday 8/8, 2:00, young man who was abrasive and rude. Let it be known we did purchase 2 bikes for $6K at Ramsey Cycle, where they were friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with! Steer clear of Eric’s, seems like they spend their money on advertising not quality, knowledgeable employees and customer service.

GBUgh! they claim to carry the most bikes in the usa (nothing that i would want). it would be nice for a “local” bike shop help to carry at least a 80mm presta valve for a 25mm tire and better yet a salesman other than a kid who actually knows whether or not what he gave me doesn’t fit until i showed him their teenage mechanics are -fly -by -nights and when i finally found one after who knows something he quits in 5 months he figured it it out erik’s is a shop who just happens to sell bicycles like walmart and that’s being kind

GBConfirmed purchase, then cancelled I ordered a helmet with a scheduled delivery of 9/13. I called to check the status several days before the scheduled delivery, and was told everything was going fine, On 9/13 I called again and customer service simply cancelled the order because they did not have the item. A customer service rep. explained to me how difficult is to know stock levels etc.. clearly this wasn't much help in solving the problem. I advise against making any online purchases with them if you are counting on getting the item.

GBNever Again In my opinion, this is the worst company I’ve every dealt with. I usually don’t even do these online reviews. Erik’s Bike Shop has the worst communication I’ve ever experienced; they couldn’t seem to e-mail me back or answer any of my calls. Now when I get my mid-grade product I have to pay nearly half the price I payed for the bike, for shipping. I have no intention from ever buying from this company or even possibly recommending to a potential buyer. If one even mentions this company I would strongly urge that they reconsider that option. Humbly.
