USFrom lies to lack of communication and still no shipping I talked with someone on their online chat on May 5 and was told the item I was ordering was in stock, with 6 available, and orders were being processed and shipped in about 2 days. On May 10, I received an email response to an inquiry saying my order would ship the coming week. My order still has not shipped, and I am getting absolutely no responses to my emails. So they’re not being upfront about their processing time and not being responsive to emails. This is extremely frustrating. They’re taking business away from other small businesses and then not fulfilling the orders, and they’re stringing costumers along. I highly recommend you avoid ordering from Erik’s.

USNever Again In my opinion, this is the worst company I’ve every dealt with. I usually don’t even do these online reviews. Erik’s Bike Shop has the worst communication I’ve ever experienced; they couldn’t seem to e-mail me back or answer any of my calls. Now when I get my mid-grade product I have to pay nearly half the price I payed for the bike, for shipping. I have no intention from ever buying from this company or even possibly recommending to a potential buyer. If one even mentions this company I would strongly urge that they reconsider that option. Humbly.

USBorn-Again Biker As someone who has recently returned to biking after a long hiatus, I appreciate how helpful Erik’s employees have been in guiding my selections of a bike and gear for all-weather biking. No high-pressure, no trying to sell me the most expensive stuff, just dead-on advice. Everything - EVERYTHING! - I have purchased has been perfect for me.

USErik's provides awesome customer … Erik's provides awesome customer service! We always enjoy going to Erik's with our questions and to just browse! They definitely have good deals and we were thrilled to order a new board, boots, jacket, and snow pants for our son this Christmas through Erik's webiste. We know we can easily return items if they do not fit or work. Thankfully, everything we orded was perfect!

USSlow and over-priced delivery I placed an order for a helmet on 11/6, but didn't receive it until 11/21. I think that's far too long in this day and age of fast deliveries. Also, I was charged $18.56 for shipping for a box that allegedly weighed "6 lbs", but there's no way the box weighed more than 2. Definitely feel like I got taken advantage of on shipping fees and am frustrated about the incredibly slow delivery. Doubt I'll order from Erik's again!
