GBEric’s Coon Rapids-Terrible service and knowledge My wife and I were planning to buy Electic assisted bikes today. We went to many different retailers and evaluated options. I was so disappointed with Eric’s in Coon Rapids, all the advertising in the world can not out-weight being treated like crap by a salesperson who did not know their Products. Saturday 8/8, 2:00, young man who was abrasive and rude. Let it be known we did purchase 2 bikes for $6K at Ramsey Cycle, where they were friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with! Steer clear of Eric’s, seems like they spend their money on advertising not quality, knowledgeable employees and customer service.

GBPoor shipping & customer service I ordered an expensive bike stand from them. They put minimal effort into packing the item, and not surprisingly, the item arrived damaged. When I asked for a replacement, they were out of stock and all they could offer in the cause of damage was a $20 gift card. The $20 is gift card is better than nothing, but shipping on their site is $9 minimum, so you aren't really getting much of anything for $20 unless you spend some more of your hard earned money at their store. The whole experience left a bad taste. I don't think I will be coming back.

GBJoke company sent the completely wrong boots Ended up ordering invado of vans snowboarding boots from them. The shipping was fine came pretty fast for standard shipping. The only issue I have with this company is I told them they sent me the caviar color and I ordered black and white. I advised them of this and they literally told me oh well that’s the only one we have. They don’t even have caviar color listed on their website. Did not offer to make things right with there mistake joke company to do not order from them dropped 200 dollars on boots that I wanted and there not the right ones.

GBMy experience with Heather at Erik’s bike shop My experience with Erik’s bike shop in Glendale has been exceptional.Heather, in the service department, has been extremely helpful. Her explanations were very clear and concise. She is open to questions and listens to the customer’s concerns. The entire staff is helpful and professional. I am thrilled that we changed bike shops. Thank you!

GBFalse advertising Advertised a bike on line that clearly said $49 shipping. When I called to buy it thay said it had to be in store pick up only. They said they had no idea why it quoted shipping. Bike was a 2 yr old leftover. You want to sell the bike or not? It's a bike shop, sell and ship all the time. Ive worked in a bike shop, its not harfd. To me it's false advertising. Seems they are too big and customer service suffers as a result.
