GBSame experience as everyone else Same experience as everyone else. Spent thousands only to have the shipment delayed by months. After sending them a dozen emails I received one response stating saying they grossly oversold their stock and my order was affected. Offered a 10 dollar promo code which as everyone has already stated is just an insult. I understand they were flooded with demand but that doesn't excuse butchering your business model. No communication, failures in understanding your own inventory potential, etc etc. The company is a f*king disaster at the moment. Save for another week or two and buy from Rogue. I promise you it's worth avoiding the hell the rest of us are currently experiencing.

GBI place the order first week of… I place the order first week of september 2020 according to tracking number they give me estimated delivery date october 5 2020 but until now no delivery happen .tracking said still in shanghai. sent them dozen of email but this company doesn’t reply. i have a feeling i’m been scam by this company . i have to file a dispute thru Paypal to get my $1000.00 back but until now no result yet. Please Avoid Doing Business With this Seller they are only good communicating in the beginning to get your money after that their not communicating with you . Big mistake to trust this company.

GBTERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I am beyond disappointed in the level of customer service. Not responding to phones calls or emails for DAYS AT A TIME is UNACCEPTABLE. I REGRET spending our money with this company and will NOT be a returning customer. What a shame...I am hoping we eventually receive the products we paid for.

GBRep will not make it right for low-quality item Bought a leg roller attachment to go with my bench (also from Rep). The leg roller quality is clearly inferior, it shakes and rattles when doing sit ups, making the exerciser unstable. Cheap plastic smell too. I got in touch with Rep with picture and video (Rep requested me to submit a video), but they emailed me back saying it was normal and started talking about something irrelevant to the defective areas I was pointing to. They refused to give me a partial refund. Their return policy is: you pay the return shipping fee plus 15% restocking fee. Think twice before you order. Also, read the customer reviews, I am not the only one who had this issue. I am giving 2 stars because I want to be objective as the bench I received is of good quality and super stable.

GBWORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER The product was absolutely fine when we received it. I do not believe FedEx lost a 48 lb. box that was shipped on 12/14. When I inquired on 12/21 because I hadn't received it that was the story I was given. They were shipping overnight the same item on 12/21. On 12/22 when the tracking number showed it was still sitting in PA and that fed ex didn't have my package I called them. "Oh Fed Ex must have lost it" - I told them they were blaming fed ex twice when I didn't believe it wasn't their mistake and that it didn't get shipped. They assured me it was shipping 12/22 for Saturday delivery meaning I would have it for Christmas - well guess what - they shipped it on 12/26 overnight for delivery on 12/27 - as everyone knows, 12/27 is after Christmas and our grandson lives 4 hours south of us - that results in 8 hours of travel to deliver a late Christmas present. Mistakes happen, but to lie to me and say Fed Ex lost it twice is just unacceptable customer service. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this company. Never again will I purchase from them.
