GBTerrible quality products from China Terrible quality products from China. Broken welds (very unsafe), awful condition visually and the need business model around shipping cost is insane. You'd be better off with Rogue. They claim to be competitive to Rogue, but they are not even in the same ballpark.

GBThese guys are awesome These guys are awesome. For context, I ordered a couple of 10 lb Olympic plates from another small fitness company 2 weeks ago and I still haven't received them. Four days ago, I ordered an AB5000 from Rep - the best bench there is, btw. They shipped it the next day and it arrived 2 days later. A 100 lb bench to Maryland from Colorado in 3 days is pretty awesome, given the state of the home gym market during the pandemic. Also, the military discount is much appreciated. I will definitely be returning to Rep in the future!

GBGreat Experience, Quick Delivery Placed an order for multiple pieces of equipment totaling about $2k on Dec 22nd. Afterwards, I read multiple reviews with issues about shipping delays or poor customer service. Naturally, I got nervous.. especially considering I was ordering right around Christmas. On Dec 27th, I received an email with tracking info (it wasn't actually picked up by FedEx until the 28th) and I received everything today, on Dec 30th. 8 days in total from ordering until delivery. Honestly, I don't know if I just got lucky? Or maybe they've made improvements to their logistics. But from this experience, I have absolutely no complaints with Rep Fitness.

GBWORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER The product was absolutely fine when we received it. I do not believe FedEx lost a 48 lb. box that was shipped on 12/14. When I inquired on 12/21 because I hadn't received it that was the story I was given. They were shipping overnight the same item on 12/21. On 12/22 when the tracking number showed it was still sitting in PA and that fed ex didn't have my package I called them. "Oh Fed Ex must have lost it" - I told them they were blaming fed ex twice when I didn't believe it wasn't their mistake and that it didn't get shipped. They assured me it was shipping 12/22 for Saturday delivery meaning I would have it for Christmas - well guess what - they shipped it on 12/26 overnight for delivery on 12/27 - as everyone knows, 12/27 is after Christmas and our grandson lives 4 hours south of us - that results in 8 hours of travel to deliver a late Christmas present. Mistakes happen, but to lie to me and say Fed Ex lost it twice is just unacceptable customer service. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this company. Never again will I purchase from them.

GBTrash customer service Trash customer service. Don’t trust the reviews on YouTube. They’re partnered/affiliated with them so of course they’ll get good treatment. But for the rest of us, they won’t care unless you post a complaint on social media. I’d go with Rogue or anyone else.
