GBTrash customer service Trash customer service. Don’t trust the reviews on YouTube. They’re partnered/affiliated with them so of course they’ll get good treatment. But for the rest of us, they won’t care unless you post a complaint on social media. I’d go with Rogue or anyone else.

GBABSOLUTELY Horrible company! CRAP business practices. I have been trying to get ahold of someone. They have not responded to e-mails, calls and their phone system always says they are out of office. Picked them over PRX and rouge. They never answer, never return calls and if that how they are with potential new customers. Just imagine how Crappy they are to customers with issues! I will let Rouge know to send a thank you letter. It looks like my 7 grand is going to them!

GBBad Experience Terrible customer service and they sent me a defective barbell. The best part is they charge a restocking fee for all returns. Go pay the premium at their competitors for someone to treat you as a decent human being.

GBThese guys are awesome These guys are awesome. For context, I ordered a couple of 10 lb Olympic plates from another small fitness company 2 weeks ago and I still haven't received them. Four days ago, I ordered an AB5000 from Rep - the best bench there is, btw. They shipped it the next day and it arrived 2 days later. A 100 lb bench to Maryland from Colorado in 3 days is pretty awesome, given the state of the home gym market during the pandemic. Also, the military discount is much appreciated. I will definitely be returning to Rep in the future!

GBSame experience as everyone else Same experience as everyone else. Spent thousands only to have the shipment delayed by months. After sending them a dozen emails I received one response stating saying they grossly oversold their stock and my order was affected. Offered a 10 dollar promo code which as everyone has already stated is just an insult. I understand they were flooded with demand but that doesn't excuse butchering your business model. No communication, failures in understanding your own inventory potential, etc etc. The company is a f*king disaster at the moment. Save for another week or two and buy from Rogue. I promise you it's worth avoiding the hell the rest of us are currently experiencing.
