GBSolid pricing, terrible customer service Solid pricing and decent equipment. Their customer service is absolutely aweful. Ordering is an absolute pain in the ass and there are always issues. I just pay the rogue tax and avoid this company all together. Not worth the headache. If you can get the equipment and it's not missing parts it seems decent.

GBCrap Company I am a mentally disabled guy. I work out to slay demons most would fold under. I create fitness based content trying to inspire out of shape people to love themselves again. I tried out for affiliate program AFTER SENDING MULTIPLE CUSTOMERS THEIR WAY..they turned.me.down. The AB3000 2.0 BENCH I bought is about as ergonomic as a cinder block. There is no decline that is safe. The leg pads will cut your leg...happened twice so far. Company is a crap company woth poor customer service and terrible.ethics. They were rude and condescending under the guise of being respectful.

GBTerrible customer service and follow up Ordering with Rep Fitness has been by far my most frustrating experience in building my home gym. Their lack of communication protocols and apparent disregard for caring bout their customers is totally evident by the fact their CSR hours are only open for 3 days a week 4 hour each . I ordered a leg roller , strap safeties, and landmine over a month ago . Only one item came in and it is missing parts . Despite this the Repfitness order portal says my order has been delivered but UPS is showing a delay. I also have clear cross members that are rusting and repfitness won’t take any ownership of the product quality. Do yourself a favor and think twice , no think 10 times before ordering from them

GBWORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER The product was absolutely fine when we received it. I do not believe FedEx lost a 48 lb. box that was shipped on 12/14. When I inquired on 12/21 because I hadn't received it that was the story I was given. They were shipping overnight the same item on 12/21. On 12/22 when the tracking number showed it was still sitting in PA and that fed ex didn't have my package I called them. "Oh Fed Ex must have lost it" - I told them they were blaming fed ex twice when I didn't believe it wasn't their mistake and that it didn't get shipped. They assured me it was shipping 12/22 for Saturday delivery meaning I would have it for Christmas - well guess what - they shipped it on 12/26 overnight for delivery on 12/27 - as everyone knows, 12/27 is after Christmas and our grandson lives 4 hours south of us - that results in 8 hours of travel to deliver a late Christmas present. Mistakes happen, but to lie to me and say Fed Ex lost it twice is just unacceptable customer service. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this company. Never again will I purchase from them.

GBGreat Company, Great Service Have ordered over 4k worth of items. have they all been perfect, nope, however Rep Fitness always made it right! No idea what people are talking about not being able to reach anyone, just called today to correct shipping address and got someone in under 5 minutes. Great US based Customer Service, not so great China items. However eventually you will get an acceptable or very good product as they make it right.
