Terrible customer service and follow up Ordering with Rep Fitness has been by far my most frustrating experience in building my home gym. Their lack of communication protocols and apparent disregard for caring bout their customers is totally evident by the fact their CSR hours are only open for 3 days a week 4 hour each . I ordered a leg roller , strap safeties, and landmine over a month ago . Only one item came in and it is missing parts . Despite this the Repfitness order portal says my order has been delivered but UPS is showing a delay. I also have clear cross members that are rusting and repfitness won’t take any ownership of the product quality. Do yourself a favor and think twice , no think 10 times before ordering from them

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER The product was absolutely fine when we received it. I do not believe FedEx lost a 48 lb. box that was shipped on 12/14. When I inquired on 12/21 because I hadn't received it that was the story I was given. They were shipping overnight the same item on 12/21. On 12/22 when the tracking number showed it was still sitting in PA and that fed ex didn't have my package I called them. "Oh Fed Ex must have lost it" - I told them they were blaming fed ex twice when I didn't believe it wasn't their mistake and that it didn't get shipped. They assured me it was shipping 12/22 for Saturday delivery meaning I would have it for Christmas - well guess what - they shipped it on 12/26 overnight for delivery on 12/27 - as everyone knows, 12/27 is after Christmas and our grandson lives 4 hours south of us - that results in 8 hours of travel to deliver a late Christmas present. Mistakes happen, but to lie to me and say Fed Ex lost it twice is just unacceptable customer service. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this company. Never again will I purchase from them.

I know it's covid I know it's covid, but the ETAs are such a lie. Why even list an ETA if these is never anything in stock? Selling out quickly isn't a good reason. It's clear there is no inventory or some get preferred treatment. And no, following on social media doesn't work. They just want more followers.

These guys are awesome These guys are awesome. For context, I ordered a couple of 10 lb Olympic plates from another small fitness company 2 weeks ago and I still haven't received them. Four days ago, I ordered an AB5000 from Rep - the best bench there is, btw. They shipped it the next day and it arrived 2 days later. A 100 lb bench to Maryland from Colorado in 3 days is pretty awesome, given the state of the home gym market during the pandemic. Also, the military discount is much appreciated. I will definitely be returning to Rep in the future!

makes perfect sense that this company… makes perfect sense that this company has such a low reviews, the customer service is a joke, they will not even send you a part that cost less than five dollars to replace a defective product, even after you spend thousands and thousands of dollars with them, stay away!!!! The Ares attachment to the rack system has cable design problems, I would definitely by from Rogue in the future- the company that REP is trying to be.
