GBI'm a potential customer in UK. I'm a potential customer in UK. Their equipment looks really nice and I would have definitely purchased some equipment. Sadly there is a 5 month waiting time to buy from their UK supplier and do not sell directly. I wonder how this is a good business model to have what looks to be fantastic bits of kit that you cant get within a reasonable time? I tried to buy directly from their US site but sadly they do not do international sales. I believe that they would expand their business exponentially if they would handle international sales themselves or to have a decent amount of stock in a European warehouse to create short lead times and grow their client base. Ironically I'm disappointed with their sales set up and not getting the opportunity to buy and give a positive review of what looks to be decent work out equipment. Can i recommend Rep fitness? Regrettably NO! I would welcome the opportunity to sing their praise.

USRep will not make it right for low-quality item Bought a leg roller attachment to go with my bench (also from Rep). The leg roller quality is clearly inferior, it shakes and rattles when doing sit ups, making the exerciser unstable. Cheap plastic smell too. I got in touch with Rep with picture and video (Rep requested me to submit a video), but they emailed me back saying it was normal and started talking about something irrelevant to the defective areas I was pointing to. They refused to give me a partial refund. Their return policy is: you pay the return shipping fee plus 15% restocking fee. Think twice before you order. Also, read the customer reviews, I am not the only one who had this issue. I am giving 2 stars because I want to be objective as the bench I received is of good quality and super stable.

USmakes perfect sense that this company… makes perfect sense that this company has such a low reviews, the customer service is a joke, they will not even send you a part that cost less than five dollars to replace a defective product, even after you spend thousands and thousands of dollars with them, stay away!!!! The Ares attachment to the rack system has cable design problems, I would definitely by from Rogue in the future- the company that REP is trying to be.

USWORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER The product was absolutely fine when we received it. I do not believe FedEx lost a 48 lb. box that was shipped on 12/14. When I inquired on 12/21 because I hadn't received it that was the story I was given. They were shipping overnight the same item on 12/21. On 12/22 when the tracking number showed it was still sitting in PA and that fed ex didn't have my package I called them. "Oh Fed Ex must have lost it" - I told them they were blaming fed ex twice when I didn't believe it wasn't their mistake and that it didn't get shipped. They assured me it was shipping 12/22 for Saturday delivery meaning I would have it for Christmas - well guess what - they shipped it on 12/26 overnight for delivery on 12/27 - as everyone knows, 12/27 is after Christmas and our grandson lives 4 hours south of us - that results in 8 hours of travel to deliver a late Christmas present. Mistakes happen, but to lie to me and say Fed Ex lost it twice is just unacceptable customer service. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this company. Never again will I purchase from them.

USBad Experience Terrible customer service and they sent me a defective barbell. The best part is they charge a restocking fee for all returns. Go pay the premium at their competitors for someone to treat you as a decent human being.
