About Rep Fitness

We do not respond to reviews on this website. It mainly serves as a place for unhappy customers to vent, and for the website to solicit money from companies in order to boost their score here by collecting more representative reviews. You can see a more realistic company perception by checking google, facebook, or our website that has thousands of product reviews. You'll note, our competitors also have very low reviews on this website, despite being market-leading companies. The few exceptions are those companies paying the fee here to collect more reviews.

Terrible quality products from China Terrible quality products from China. Broken welds (very unsafe), awful condition visually and the need business model around shipping cost is insane. You'd be better off with Rogue. They claim to be competitive to Rogue, but they are not even in the same ballpark.

Great Experience, Quick Delivery Placed an order for multiple pieces of equipment totaling about $2k on Dec 22nd. Afterwards, I read multiple reviews with issues about shipping delays or poor customer service. Naturally, I got nervous.. especially considering I was ordering right around Christmas. On Dec 27th, I received an email with tracking info (it wasn't actually picked up by FedEx until the 28th) and I received everything today, on Dec 30th. 8 days in total from ordering until delivery. Honestly, I don't know if I just got lucky? Or maybe they've made improvements to their logistics. But from this experience, I have absolutely no complaints with Rep Fitness.

Rep will not make it right for low-quality item Bought a leg roller attachment to go with my bench (also from Rep). The leg roller quality is clearly inferior, it shakes and rattles when doing sit ups, making the exerciser unstable. Cheap plastic smell too. I got in touch with Rep with picture and video (Rep requested me to submit a video), but they emailed me back saying it was normal and started talking about something irrelevant to the defective areas I was pointing to. They refused to give me a partial refund. Their return policy is: you pay the return shipping fee plus 15% restocking fee. Think twice before you order. Also, read the customer reviews, I am not the only one who had this issue. I am giving 2 stars because I want to be objective as the bench I received is of good quality and super stable.

Same experience as everyone else Same experience as everyone else. Spent thousands only to have the shipment delayed by months. After sending them a dozen emails I received one response stating saying they grossly oversold their stock and my order was affected. Offered a 10 dollar promo code which as everyone has already stated is just an insult. I understand they were flooded with demand but that doesn't excuse butchering your business model. No communication, failures in understanding your own inventory potential, etc etc. The company is a f*king disaster at the moment. Save for another week or two and buy from Rogue. I promise you it's worth avoiding the hell the rest of us are currently experiencing.

I'm a potential customer in UK. I'm a potential customer in UK. Their equipment looks really nice and I would have definitely purchased some equipment. Sadly there is a 5 month waiting time to buy from their UK supplier and do not sell directly. I wonder how this is a good business model to have what looks to be fantastic bits of kit that you cant get within a reasonable time? I tried to buy directly from their US site but sadly they do not do international sales. I believe that they would expand their business exponentially if they would handle international sales themselves or to have a decent amount of stock in a European warehouse to create short lead times and grow their client base. Ironically I'm disappointed with their sales set up and not getting the opportunity to buy and give a positive review of what looks to be decent work out equipment. Can i recommend Rep fitness? Regrettably NO! I would welcome the opportunity to sing their praise.
