Wow, Jacob went above and beyond to help me. He was professional, courteous, and kind. He must deal with real jerks because he thought I was so nice, that the promo i had, couldn't be applied to my order because it wasn't meant for snowboard boots. He made it happen... a forever customer now, and very quick shipping... #1

USNo order record but billed I ordered from them for items on sale. I never received a confirmation email but wrote down the order confirmation number. When I called, I was told that there was no order. I let it go. 6 weeks later, I received a bill for the order with one item unable to ship as it was not in stock. I had to call to cancel the order that I clearly did not expect as I purchased the items elsewhere when my order was not confirmed. I have also separately had an issue with them refusing to price match. Not a reputable company. I won't do business with them again.

USExceptional Service and Products I see all of the negative reviews, but that has not been my experience with Backcountry. I'd like to commend the exceptional support I've received from the service team at Backcountry. I've had a unique situation with odd requests come from a recent purchase and the response from the team has been incredible. It's obvious that they are extremely knowledgeable around products and policy, helping me to make the best decisions for my needs. It's quite honestly the best service I've received from an online retailer. I will definitely be looking to Backcountry for future purchases and will recommend others do as well.

USPoor Experience Backcountry’s delivery provider of choice tossed my package into a neighbor’s backyard where dogs pulled it apart. Parts are missing, everything is covered in dirt, and they were only able to “offer” me $10 off my next order. I came back once after they tried to make amends for suing smaller “backcountry” businesses into oblivion, but I’m done with them now.

USAbsolutely Impressed Several times while shopping for sporting goods, I've found Backcountry has the best sells. I bought a helmet that was too small, and the return process was a breeze. Staff are friendly, they respond quickly to messages, and shipping is so fast it's here before I close my computer. Will continue to give Backcountry my business!
