GBGreat concept, not a lot of worthwhile users This is a great idea, in theory. But I didn't get a lot of people wanting to rent my bike. The ones that were interested wanted it for only brief periods of time, making it not worth my while to do the legwork of arranging pickup and dropoff. Do I want to exchange multiple emails, multiple text messages, and rendezvous twice so I can pocket fifteen dollars? No. If more people wanted it for a week at a time, it would make more sense.

GBGreat money but VERY STRESSFUL communication with the “support team” The app makes me great side money ($1500/mo) -however, when there is an issue thats needs help from the customer service department ..THEY ARE LIARS AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !!! I have never dealt with such bad customer service in my entire life. They will say one thing in one email then totally disregard what they said in the next. And even worse, if a customer wants to extend and does not do so on the site , they can return it HOURS later and Spinlister won’t charge their card and they will blame YOU (the lister) for it. Absolutely mind blowing. I would pay $1000 to talk to the CEO face to face to discuss how this needs to be fixed.

GBCool service. I've used this when traveling to other cities. Everything has gone pretty smoothly, and the one hiccup I had once with a bicycle owner was professionally handled by Spinlister. The long and the short of it is that I was asked to lock up the guy's bike in a certain place to leave it for him to come pick up (because my rental was over), and it was stolen because he waited 6 days to pick it up. I explained everything by email to Spinlister and that was that. I'd recommend sending a text picture of the bike locked up if the owner is asking you to lock it up somewhere at the end of the rental.

GBSpinlister is good, and getting better I have enjoyed listing on Spinlister, although I haven't rented a bike yet through the service. The apps are getting better all the time and as far as I know the site works really well. I have given my expensive, beautiful bike up to strangers for rent several times with a lot of confidence that Spinlister has vetted them and that the process is safe; I will certainly be using Spinlister again this year to share my bike and try out some new styles. GBGreat Service I have used spinlister twice and had a GREAT experience. It is a service that needs more support to grow the base- I would use it more if there were bikes available, especially when I travel.
