They set their own price, which they can also adjust per rental. 3) Users searching for equipment in their area request to rent for specified days and times. Great way to rent bikes for visiting friends I have rented bikes through Spinlister a few times and have found it to be a great way to rent bikes for friends who visit NYC. When I used it last summer, the reservation system was a little iffy, in that nothing was confirmed immediately and you had to message a number of people to find a bike. Otherwise, a totally pleasurable experience.

Definitely worth my time! Renting my ride out on Spinlister has been a solid, pain-free experience. The longer rentals were a bit nerve-wracking at first, but turned out well and were worth the investment of time to exchange the ride and do a little maintenance on the bike afterward. I'll definitely keep using the service!

Fantastic ride I had an awesome time using Spinlister in SF. My only current issue is the lack of protections for riders. At this point, it seems like there's no recourse or protection in the case of a stolen bike - even if it was locked properly and you took precautions. It'd be great to have the option to opt into some insurance during the reservation. I ended up feeing a bit worried the whole trip and hoping something crazy didn't happen with the bike.

Great money but VERY STRESSFUL communication with the “support team” The app makes me great side money ($1500/mo) -however, when there is an issue thats needs help from the customer service department ..THEY ARE LIARS AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !!! I have never dealt with such bad customer service in my entire life. They will say one thing in one email then totally disregard what they said in the next. And even worse, if a customer wants to extend and does not do so on the site , they can return it HOURS later and Spinlister won’t charge their card and they will blame YOU (the lister) for it. Absolutely mind blowing. I would pay $1000 to talk to the CEO face to face to discuss how this needs to be fixed.

Great Bike, Great Guy Spinlister helped me find a great bike in the area I was traveling, and the owner was fabulous. It was more convenient and much cheaper than renting from a commercial business, and the bike was nicer than anything I was likely to find otherwise. I was very pleased
