GBAltho the TriSports website offers many … Altho the TriSports website offers many choices of bikes, my selection and subsequent purchase turned out to be unavailable. I was told via email I could either get a refund or upgrade to a higher level bike for $400 more. I went for the upgrade but was told in two separate phone calls that the new bike would arrive in either 1 week or 3 weeks, depending on the call. This is my first experience with TriSports and I hope things improve. It would be helpful if stock levels could be shown on the web site to avoid this kind of thing.

GBWheels Damaged upon Arrival Unfortuntely, my $600+ Velo Safe Travel Box came damaged as one of the wheels did not properly roll. The box is very large and without functioning wheels was nearly impossible for me to drag through the airport. I nearly missed my flight and then my race because I was so delayed in moving the box. It was deeply upsetting on top of the stress of a half Ironman. All I can hope is that TriSports can make it right.

GBI purchased $5 worth of merchandise and … I purchased $5 worth of merchandise and was charged $10 for shipping. When my items arrived, the pieces I had paid $2.50 for came in bags labeled $1.50, and the item was clearly shipped for much less than $10. Please consider revising your shipping processes. It is very frustrating to have to pay more for shipping than for the items themselves.

CAThe swim buoy I ordered arrived in time … The swim buoy I ordered arrived in time and works basically as expected, but I have one complaint. I spent a great deal of time comparing different products, hoping to find a buoy that had an outside pocket where I could tuck a bottle of water to reach it during open water swims without having to deflate the whole device. I even communicated via online chat with a representative of the company and was assured that the float had a pocket. When I got it, the printed instructions included a picture showing the pocket, but the buoy itself has none. It is identical to the one my swimming buddy got from another supplier. This is irritating. Otherwise, the item works fine.
