GBterrible customer service trying to resolve an issue with a product and I have never experienced such abrupt and frankly rude responses - I had bought several things but the first thing that wasn't right has become a nightmare - I'm stuck and very stressed.....definitely taking your chances with buying from here.

GBHorrendous item care and customer service I have bought from TSR several times before without an issue. This time was a complete farce. I had the winning bid for Fox 36 Kashima coated forks. They arrived in a battered box with 2 pieces of crate paper for protection... No bubble wrap, no padding, no extra cardboard, just paper. Some how the stanchions survived the delivery, but the forks were covered in oil. Everywhere. Reporting this to TSR, they couldn't have cared less. Short, dismissive replies with no explanation or surprise in how woefully packaged the forks were. Trying to email TSR directly my emails were returned because their mailbox was full (??) Absolutely dreadful service. Im genuinely shocked and disappointed in Tri Sport Resort.

GBI had a gift card from over a year ago I had a gift card from over a year ago. I was told that the company was sold and that voided all gift cards...and also there was an expiration on the gift card??? I don't know how there can be an expiration on a gift card which is purchased, and why/how a company can't honor a gift card for the company they purchased...debt / obligations included. Slimy excuse for taking advantage of the little person. I'll never shop here again or recommend it to any of my clients. POOR FORM.

ESNot happy I received my order in the UK within a couple of weeks but the 'best before date' on the product is only four months away. TriSports say this is plenty of time to use the 24 bottles of HotShots I purchased. If I were training for a marathon I might agree but I use the product to prevent cramp during mountaineering expeditions and I expected longer than four months within which to use the drinks. Overall, not happy and won't be buying from TriSports again.☹️

GBWheels Damaged upon Arrival Unfortuntely, my $600+ Velo Safe Travel Box came damaged as one of the wheels did not properly roll. The box is very large and without functioning wheels was nearly impossible for me to drag through the airport. I nearly missed my flight and then my race because I was so delayed in moving the box. It was deeply upsetting on top of the stress of a half Ironman. All I can hope is that TriSports can make it right.
