terrible customer service trying to resolve an issue with a product and I have never experienced such abrupt and frankly rude responses - I had bought several things but the first thing that wasn't right has become a nightmare - I'm stuck and very stressed.....definitely taking your chances with buying from here.

The swim buoy I ordered arrived in time … The swim buoy I ordered arrived in time and works basically as expected, but I have one complaint. I spent a great deal of time comparing different products, hoping to find a buoy that had an outside pocket where I could tuck a bottle of water to reach it during open water swims without having to deflate the whole device. I even communicated via online chat with a representative of the company and was assured that the float had a pocket. When I got it, the printed instructions included a picture showing the pocket, but the buoy itself has none. It is identical to the one my swimming buddy got from another supplier. This is irritating. Otherwise, the item works fine.

Good prices, poor service Good on prices, but quite poor for customer service. I've left two messages and have received no return calls over the span of three weeks.

I purchased $5 worth of merchandise and … I purchased $5 worth of merchandise and was charged $10 for shipping. When my items arrived, the pieces I had paid $2.50 for came in bags labeled $1.50, and the item was clearly shipped for much less than $10. Please consider revising your shipping processes. It is very frustrating to have to pay more for shipping than for the items themselves.

Dismissive and uncaring Almost bordering on dishonest, this offshoot of Wiggle seem to relish winding up its loyal customers. Recently purchased a wheelset and the contents were delivered protruding from the packaging. The response - “the packaging was fully taped up”. Well, I’ve still got the packaging and the evidence is clear. Not good.
