Good product, questionable policies. I'm tired of companies not being forthcoming when they are selling open box merchandise. The saddle I ordered did not come in the original packaging from the manufacturer. So it did not have the tool, measuring tape and fit instructions. In fact, there was no packaging other than the delivery envelope. This would be acceptable if I was buying at a discounted rate but to pay full price and receive less than a new product is disappointing. Unfortunately, I don't have a local triathlon shop. So online shopping it is, but I won't use trisports.com in the future.

I had a gift card from over a year ago I had a gift card from over a year ago. I was told that the company was sold and that voided all gift cards...and also there was an expiration on the gift card??? I don't know how there can be an expiration on a gift card which is purchased, and why/how a company can't honor a gift card for the company they purchased...debt / obligations included. Slimy excuse for taking advantage of the little person. I'll never shop here again or recommend it to any of my clients. POOR FORM.

I give them a single star for a decent… I give them a single star for a decent website. Beyond that, they are a waste of time. They cancelled my order twice, with no explanation or notification. This is a first for me using and online company. I placed two orders, one online and one with a person over the telephone. Someone in the company just cancelled both orders, after the credit card charge was approved, and did not notify me of the cancellation. Maybe they should not be doing business. They clearly don't know how to do this. I'll let everyone I can reach know to avoid this website and store. Its just a waste of time. I don't get it.

Didn't post a less than complimentary product review. Purchased a bike travel case. It arrived damaged due to improper packing - the product box had been opened, the case removed, and then repacked improperly. The travel case was also missing the handles that are shown in the product picture. I submitted a reasonable review on trisport's site stating these issues but they chose not to publish it. Not a good overall experience with them.

Will not replace faulty goods Ordered an item described as new on eBay (a returned unused item from Wiggle): didn't have the to fit it to my bike for two months and then found it was broken and useless. TriSport refused to provide a replacement or refund because it was more than 30 days since I bought the item. This is unfair and unprofessional - they supplied faulty goods and should replace it.
