Good prices, poor service Good on prices, but quite poor for customer service. I've left two messages and have received no return calls over the span of three weeks.

Shipped me the wrong order!!!!! I ordered a Pair of Luis Garneau Tri Shoes $82. I received a Saddle Mounting kit that had an Indiana address on the invoice. I called Customer Service Three times during working hours. No answer.. I left my Phone number on voice mail. No call back. I also emailed Tri sport with no response.

Horrendous item care and customer service I have bought from TSR several times before without an issue. This time was a complete farce. I had the winning bid for Fox 36 Kashima coated forks. They arrived in a battered box with 2 pieces of crate paper for protection... No bubble wrap, no padding, no extra cardboard, just paper. Some how the stanchions survived the delivery, but the forks were covered in oil. Everywhere. Reporting this to TSR, they couldn't have cared less. Short, dismissive replies with no explanation or surprise in how woefully packaged the forks were. Trying to email TSR directly my emails were returned because their mailbox was full (??) Absolutely dreadful service. Im genuinely shocked and disappointed in Tri Sport Resort.

Good product, questionable policies. I'm tired of companies not being forthcoming when they are selling open box merchandise. The saddle I ordered did not come in the original packaging from the manufacturer. So it did not have the tool, measuring tape and fit instructions. In fact, there was no packaging other than the delivery envelope. This would be acceptable if I was buying at a discounted rate but to pay full price and receive less than a new product is disappointing. Unfortunately, I don't have a local triathlon shop. So online shopping it is, but I won't use trisports.com in the future.

I purchased $5 worth of merchandise and … I purchased $5 worth of merchandise and was charged $10 for shipping. When my items arrived, the pieces I had paid $2.50 for came in bags labeled $1.50, and the item was clearly shipped for much less than $10. Please consider revising your shipping processes. It is very frustrating to have to pay more for shipping than for the items themselves.
