Did not ship size ordered Did not ship size ordered. Have tried contacting customer service but no answer. So frustrating as this was their mistake my order clearly stated XL and a large was shipped. I do not recommend purchasing from them. Follow up - customer service is basically non-existant I would give negative stars if I could.

Great customer service from Ashley I've seen a lot of bad reviews for this company, and I don't want to discount anyone else's experience, but mine was positive. I had great customer service from a representative named Ashley. She helped me out with an exchange when she probably didn't have to, and she was always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. Order somewhere else if you want any decent, wearable level of quality! Waited forever (4 weeks) for a response from customer service about my orders. I wish they would have lost the order because the quality is so bad. The design are so stiff the items cannot be comfortably worn. RUN from this poorly run company with ridiculously bad quality items.

Wish I read all these reviews before I ordered. Read all the other reviews, I should have listened to what I read before ordering. I never even received my order after reaching out multiple times. I think this is some business being run out of a garage by a 10 year old. Sadly that is giving this fake company too much credit. Don’t order from here.

I’ve been having the same experience as… I’ve been having the same experience as everyone else . I ordered 1/31/2024 it’s now 2/12/2024,it still says printed when it stated it would be here before the 17th . I never received an order confirmation email, I reached out multiple times and I’ve received no response . I wouldn’t recommend buying from this company .
