GBBUYERS BEWARE BUYERS BEWARE - This is some janky company run out of someone's basement it seems based on the quality of the product. My 12 year old could make products better than this! Don't waste your money. It was like a 90s vinyl transfer on a sweatshirt. It won't survive more than 3 washes. AND THEY DON'T DO RETURNS OR REFUNDS!

GBBe aware of their policies Be aware of their policies - cancellation is within 2 hours of order - even if the order takes weeks to prepare for shipping. I ordered a shirt for a gift. I thought 3 weeks would be plenty of time to receive (not around a holiday). I was mistaken! They do not work weekends so when they give you number of days, it's business days. When I realized I would not get the shirt in time, they would not cancel the order. They do not give a shipping estimate when you place the order, their policy is somewhat hidden within their FAQ page. I had to order another shirt from another vendor, received it in 3 days and am now left with a shirt that we do not need. It is of fair quality. The decal ironed onto the shirt is heavy and does not make the most comfortable t-shirt.

GBBAD QUALITY, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE 1. I placed my order December 17, 2023 and didn't receive it until January 16, 2024. Their website states items ship 1-3 business days. Even after multiple attempts for my order status, none were responded to. 2. I ordered a T-shirt with a 1965 Dallas Cowboy football logo. According to the sites images, the logo would be blue (I know online colors may be different). Regardless, the logo looks blue, and why wouldn't it, Dallas Cowboy logos are most always blue. The actually logo is BLACK and very poor quality of vinyl. The site should indicate the color of the Dallas Cowboy decal. I won't be surprised if this shirt makes it past the 2nd washing before the decal falls apart.

GBGreat Customer Service! I received a product with some defects and contacted Vintage Brands Customer Service. Ashley responded very quickly and once she saw photos of the defects, she sent along a replacement with no need to return the original. Ashley was fantastic and made it very easy for me. Additional info: I received my replacement today (2/20) exactly when Ashley said I should receive it. It looks great! I will order more from Vintage Brands.

GBSame experience everyone else has… Same experience everyone else has posted - placed an order for my Husbands Birthday - it’s been 2 1/2 weeks and still nothing - I’ve sent numerous emails - No Response! It’s a Scam. They definitely took my Money! Will report to BBB!
