GBBAD QUALITY, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE 1. I placed my order December 17, 2023 and didn't receive it until January 16, 2024. Their website states items ship 1-3 business days. Even after multiple attempts for my order status, none were responded to. 2. I ordered a T-shirt with a 1965 Dallas Cowboy football logo. According to the sites images, the logo would be blue (I know online colors may be different). Regardless, the logo looks blue, and why wouldn't it, Dallas Cowboy logos are most always blue. The actually logo is BLACK and very poor quality of vinyl. The site should indicate the color of the Dallas Cowboy decal. I won't be surprised if this shirt makes it past the 2nd washing before the decal falls apart.

GBVery disappointed in the shirts - NOT screen printed Very disappointed in the shirts I purchased. On the website is appeared they were screen printed and the site even uses the word printed. What I failed to realize and they did not disclose is they are more like a heat applied vinyl patch than screen printed. When I requested to return them because of this I was told there are no returns, no exceptions.

GBW.T.H. IS TAKING SO LONG..... Placed an order on 01-26-24 made an inquiry about when the product would be received as it still said being printed, Sent an email on 02-05-24 and Ashley responded within 2hrs to saying that bc they are made to order that production takes longer in return creating shipping delays. She also stated that their lead times are extended due to the previous Holidays and current sporting events. I am sorry but you took my money and gave no indication that shipping would take longer than 10 days which is typical business practice. How about you take my money once you've done your job and my purchase is in the mail. I will not be ordering from them again and I sure as hell will be advising friends and other to not purchase from them. Shady buisness if you ask me.

GBGreat customer service from Ashley I've seen a lot of bad reviews for this company, and I don't want to discount anyone else's experience, but mine was positive. I had great customer service from a representative named Ashley. She helped me out with an exchange when she probably didn't have to, and she was always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. Thanks!

GBSpent $300 and was ghosted by this company UPDATE- ITEMS CAME UNANNOUNCED EXACTLY A MONTH AFTER ORDER MADE! So don't be in a rush to get your.order but you may eventually get it.... I ordered $300 worth of clothing almost a month ago. They took my money, sent a confirmation email then completely ghosted any further communications with me. At this point I fear I was scammed but I'll wait a few more weeks before contacting my bank and BBB..
