Great Customer Service! I received a product with some defects and contacted Vintage Brands Customer Service. Ashley responded very quickly and once she saw photos of the defects, she sent along a replacement with no need to return the original. Ashley was fantastic and made it very easy for me. Additional info: I received my replacement today (2/20) exactly when Ashley said I should receive it. It looks great! I will order more from Vintage Brands.

Crazy long shipping times and low… Crazy long shipping times and low quality materials. One shirt has a issue but zero customer service responses. Have sent 3 messages over 7 days with no response Update: 4 weeks after first contact on my issues I was offered a refund. Raising my rating to 2 stars. Buy from from another store.

Do not order from here What you see is not what you get. Do not order from here. The sweatshirt we received was not even close to what was shown on the website. I think this company uses false advertising methods and I will be reporting this practice to the attorney general, BBB, the fcc and anyone else who will listen. I wish I would have checked this site out (trustpilot) before ordering to know that so many people rate this company as a fraud.

Did not ship size ordered Did not ship size ordered. Have tried contacting customer service but no answer. So frustrating as this was their mistake my order clearly stated XL and a large was shipped. I do not recommend purchasing from them. Follow up - customer service is basically non-existant I would give negative stars if I could.

Cheap tat, don’t waste your money. The sweaters arrived on December 31st, despite being ordered on December 12th as a Christmas gift. It turns out I wouldn’t have been able to gift these to anyone even if they had arrived at the promised time because they are such poor quality. The logo transfers are a shiny, stiff plastic finish and just look terrible. Not only is this company incompetent, their products are poor quality and poor finish cheap tat.
