GBBe aware of their policies Be aware of their policies - cancellation is within 2 hours of order - even if the order takes weeks to prepare for shipping. I ordered a shirt for a gift. I thought 3 weeks would be plenty of time to receive (not around a holiday). I was mistaken! They do not work weekends so when they give you number of days, it's business days. When I realized I would not get the shirt in time, they would not cancel the order. They do not give a shipping estimate when you place the order, their policy is somewhat hidden within their FAQ page. I had to order another shirt from another vendor, received it in 3 days and am now left with a shirt that we do not need. It is of fair quality. The decal ironed onto the shirt is heavy and does not make the most comfortable t-shirt.

GBWish I read all these reviews before I ordered. Read all the other reviews, I should have listened to what I read before ordering. I never even received my order after reaching out multiple times. I think this is some business being run out of a garage by a 10 year old. Sadly that is giving this fake company too much credit. Don’t order from here.

GBCheap tat, don’t waste your money. The sweaters arrived on December 31st, despite being ordered on December 12th as a Christmas gift. It turns out I wouldn’t have been able to gift these to anyone even if they had arrived at the promised time because they are such poor quality. The logo transfers are a shiny, stiff plastic finish and just look terrible. Not only is this company incompetent, their products are poor quality and poor finish cheap tat.

GBSTAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY If I could give this company-10 stars it wouldn’t be enough. This is the absolute poorest example of online company for t-shirts I’ve ever had the displeasure of buying from. No communication when you email for status. Won’t respond even after sending multiple emails. The only way to communicate with this poor excuse for a company is to email them and they don’t respond. In the process of of filing a fraud complaint with the Tennessee Attorney General’s office. Stay away from this company.

GBGreat customer service from Ashley I've seen a lot of bad reviews for this company, and I don't want to discount anyone else's experience, but mine was positive. I had great customer service from a representative named Ashley. She helped me out with an exchange when she probably didn't have to, and she was always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. Thanks!
