Great prices, quality items, poor communication. I placed my order and received no communication other than receipt of my order until Trek contacted me directly informing me that they had mixed up my order with an order meant for a store in Napa. To make a long story short, Tonja, the representative at Trek was very friendly and helpful in getting this straightened out. Throughout all of the confusion, Summit Bicycles didn't contact me once. In fact, I was quite surprised to see a packing slip with Summit Bicycles logo on it, as I had gotten the impression that they weren't involved in the process. As far as good points, They did have the best prices for my items, and the items I ultimately received were exactly as ordered. Given the choice, I would probably try to order directly from Trek next time.

Slow processing /shipping While the price and product is great it took 2 wks. just for my order to get processed and shipped…..and that was AFTER I had to call their customer service voicemail. Will not be ordering from here again.

It may be a scam I ordered a product two weeks ago. I've been trying to communicate to get the status of my order but it's been imposible to get a hold on them. I am afraid this is a scam. please be careful

Good Price, Fast Delivery! My experience with Summit Bicycles was excellent. The price was equal to or less than other places I checked out, the checkout experience was fine, and I received the product in less than a week. I am used to having to wait a week to 10 days for "Free Shipping" deliveries, so I was surprised to see my bike rack arrive Thursday on a Monday purchase. Thanks for the excellent service, Summit!

Haven't received order It has almost been two months since I have placed my order and I have yet to receive my Bontrager Satellite Fenders that I ordered. I called two weeks ago twice, one leaving a voice mail to the online service rep explaining the problem and another talking to one of the local stores and they said that they would try to work and out and I have yet to heard back from either of them.
