GBTERRIBLE customer service! Terrible customer service!! Ordered a $1099 bike from them on September 3rd, 2020.The charged my credit card but STILL haven't delivered my bike. THIS IS DECEMBER. They have given me no update on when the bike would be shipped as of December 15th. I've emailed several times, checked their website (as directed when you call their customer service line), and called, leaving voicemails with absolutely NO response. All I want at this point is my order cancelled and my card refunded. This is totally a scam website. Legit, there is no reason for this. COVID is no excuse. Very unhappy and feel totally scammed.

GBi love my new streamers summitbicyles is a great company,they sent my streamers very fast and no shipping fee......these are electra leather streamers,they fit right into the end of the handlebar grips.they make my scooter look so cool.i will order from this company again......

GBExtremely Efficient I looked everywhere to buy a better shock for my Honda Ruckus Scooter and this was the place that everyone on-line said worked the best. The ordering was easy, and the shipping was so quick from Germany!

GBSlow processing /shipping While the price and product is great it took 2 wks. just for my order to get processed and shipped…..and that was AFTER I had to call their customer service voicemail. Will not be ordering from here again.

GBWORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Worst shopping experience ever. I made an online purchase. I was giving a ship by date at purchase, only 1 item of the 3 arrived on time and had a tracking number. Other items arrives randomly and separately about 7 days late with no tracking numbers or email communications. Customer service is rude and unprofessional. Managers are hard to reach. Most importantly please read their return policy. If you buy something on sale, or with a discount code, you can no longer return it. What?! They don't let you know that when you are buying online. You will need find that small and almost hidden button on the bottom of the page that says return policy to find out. I buy things on sale from other places and I have never been denied return because I bought something on sale, unless i was clearly warned before purchase.
