GBTerrible communication I tried to return an item with their "no questions asked" return policy. They confirmed that they received the return and the refund still has not been issued about 2 weeks later. There is no given email address on their website and attempting to contact them has proven impossible.

GBGreat Experience I have no idea what's going on with the negative experience reviews. I had some difficulty with the website ordering and was able to get someone on the phone by engaging with the chat window on the website. They resolved the issue, confirmed the bike I wanted was in stock and I had it delivered to my door, for free, within a week. Great experience.

GBHaven't received order It has almost been two months since I have placed my order and I have yet to receive my Bontrager Satellite Fenders that I ordered. I called two weeks ago twice, one leaving a voice mail to the online service rep explaining the problem and another talking to one of the local stores and they said that they would try to work and out and I have yet to heard back from either of them.

GBRip-off I ordered a medium Fizik saddle pack (order no. 081612-082119-343) back in August and received a small pack.. I e-mailed the company and followed up with a phone call. The salesperson apologized for the mistake and said they would sent out another pack. As of today, Sept. 29th, I still have not received the medium pack. GBGreat customer service The product that I was interested in was not in available for when I needed it. Rob was able to put me into a better product (Garmin Edge 500) that ultimately is a product that better fit my needs. The package was shipped coast to coast in two days. This let me use the product sooner than anticipated. It's refreshing to have service like this. I highly recomend this shop to all my ridding biddies. Thanks!!!
