GBGreat customer service The product that I was interested in was not in available for when I needed it. Rob was able to put me into a better product (Garmin Edge 500) that ultimately is a product that better fit my needs. The package was shipped coast to coast in two days. This let me use the product sooner than anticipated. It's refreshing to have service like this. I highly recomend this shop to all my ridding biddies. Thanks!!!

GBGreat prices, quality items, poor communication. I placed my order and received no communication other than receipt of my order until Trek contacted me directly informing me that they had mixed up my order with an order meant for a store in Napa. To make a long story short, Tonja, the representative at Trek was very friendly and helpful in getting this straightened out. Throughout all of the confusion, Summit Bicycles didn't contact me once. In fact, I was quite surprised to see a packing slip with Summit Bicycles logo on it, as I had gotten the impression that they weren't involved in the process. As far as good points, They did have the best prices for my items, and the items I ultimately received were exactly as ordered. Given the choice, I would probably try to order directly from Trek next time.

GBWORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Worst shopping experience ever. I made an online purchase. I was giving a ship by date at purchase, only 1 item of the 3 arrived on time and had a tracking number. Other items arrives randomly and separately about 7 days late with no tracking numbers or email communications. Customer service is rude and unprofessional. Managers are hard to reach. Most importantly please read their return policy. If you buy something on sale, or with a discount code, you can no longer return it. What?! They don't let you know that when you are buying online. You will need find that small and almost hidden button on the bottom of the page that says return policy to find out. I buy things on sale from other places and I have never been denied return because I bought something on sale, unless i was clearly warned before purchase.

GBGood Price, Fast Delivery! My experience with Summit Bicycles was excellent. The price was equal to or less than other places I checked out, the checkout experience was fine, and I received the product in less than a week. I am used to having to wait a week to 10 days for "Free Shipping" deliveries, so I was surprised to see my bike rack arrive Thursday on a Monday purchase. Thanks for the excellent service, Summit!

GBShipping problem but resolved with great comm. and customer service. I ordered a set of tires via Summit, as Trek (and every where in my neighborhood) was out of stock of the particular make/model/size I needed. The free shipping sealed the deal and price was less than I would have paid at my local shop. Unfortunately, I never received the original shipment, but through timely, friendly, and professional communication (with Robert), a more than favorable resolution was reached. I received a new shipment in a timely manner and would more more than happy to order from them again.
