It may be a scam I ordered a product two weeks ago. I've been trying to communicate to get the status of my order but it's been imposible to get a hold on them. I am afraid this is a scam. please be careful

Haven't received order It has almost been two months since I have placed my order and I have yet to receive my Bontrager Satellite Fenders that I ordered. I called two weeks ago twice, one leaving a voice mail to the online service rep explaining the problem and another talking to one of the local stores and they said that they would try to work and out and I have yet to heard back from either of them.

Rip-off I ordered a medium Fizik saddle pack (order no. 081612-082119-343) back in August and received a small pack.. I e-mailed the company and followed up with a phone call. The salesperson apologized for the mistake and said they would sent out another pack. As of today, Sept. 29th, I still have not received the medium pack. I have ordered several items and received them on time and in perfect condition. I would recommend to a friend I have ordered several items and received them much sooner than expected. The price is right and a lot less than what you would pay at a local store. Further, there is a lot more variety of choices than at your local bike shop. I returned a helmet because it didnt fit me well and got a replacement without any questions. I will definitely continue buying from this store.

Terrible communication I tried to return an item with their "no questions asked" return policy. They confirmed that they received the return and the refund still has not been issued about 2 weeks later. There is no given email address on their website and attempting to contact them has proven impossible.
