GBTerrible communication I tried to return an item with their "no questions asked" return policy. They confirmed that they received the return and the refund still has not been issued about 2 weeks later. There is no given email address on their website and attempting to contact them has proven impossible.

GBThey suck They suck. I ordered parts from them. They are the wrong parts. I need to return them but have left numerous voicemails and sent numerous emails with no response. Avoid them at all cost.

GBGreat Customer Service! My order came in 2 days! I called in with some questions and found they have a super fast super helpful staff. They were a pleasure to work with on the phone and the on line service was great... These guys had a just released Bontrager Interchange ANT+ Speed Sensors in stock... and everything else I needed. A great experience I will absolutely use these guys again! And the free shipping was just great! I highly recommend Summit Bicycles!! Thanks!!

GBSlow processing /shipping While the price and product is great it took 2 wks. just for my order to get processed and shipped…..and that was AFTER I had to call their customer service voicemail. Will not be ordering from here again.
