GBDescriptions and charges could be clearer I am from the UK and there wasn't any visibility on there being extra duty tax charges which I received almost 2 weeks after receiving the item. Also the website didn't allow me to track what was going on with the purchase, when I logged back into the site it didn't show my purchase history - if it wasn't for the automated emails I'd have had no visibility in the process. Also the website wasn't clear as to what was included per item so I bought an unnecessary item as an extra. The quality of the product I received was great but the online site has a lot to be desired in terms of usability and clarity.

GBSCAM ..... this needs to go viral to stop other families buying from these fraudsters . They now calling themselves B RAPIDO So me and a work colleague both ordered 2 hoover boards each a few weeks ago. Neither of us have recieved delivery. I’ve emailed three times. No reply. I can’t even log onto my account either. Have email to confirm account and order but yet my account is not recognised. So ive contacted my bank and claiming through VISA to get a refund. This store doesn’t even deserve one star !

GBNot the best experience. Beware. After starting the returns process following the failure of their (now updated) Quick Detach connector on the Sport X strap. The Customer Relation Team offered a like for like replacement as long as I was willing to wait only to renege on their original offer a few days later. Be careful to ask for the upgraded QD connector as the old one in my experience disconnects randomly.
