GBSCAM SCAM Exactly the same has happened to me, ordered a Segway and a few other bits, had no communication since purchase! Just vile how people can do things like this to people in general never mind on top of Christmas!

GBSCAM ..... this needs to go viral to stop other families buying from these fraudsters . They now calling themselves B RAPIDO So me and a work colleague both ordered 2 hoover boards each a few weeks ago. Neither of us have recieved delivery. I’ve emailed three times. No reply. I can’t even log onto my account either. Have email to confirm account and order but yet my account is not recognised. So ive contacted my bank and claiming through VISA to get a refund. This store doesn’t even deserve one star !

GBMisshaped threads Ordered a couple new quick-release plates (5x4cm). One of them had miss-shaped 1/4 - 20 threads. Luckily I had a 1/4 - 20 thread cutting tool I used to fix the issue so I could use the plate on assignment the next day. I'd expect for price point of the product they'd be more careful about shipping bad product.
