Great product.. Kick strap.,,,, but is anyone minding the store...? Love my new Kick strap ..it is a well designed product that I will enjoy wearing for years. However, when I tried to contact the customer service to change my original order to this strap..there was no one around..and no one answered emails for 2 days.. I had go through the company directory to find someone to help me, which I finally did. I live in Canada and wanted to purchase the product here but the Canadian vendor listed on their website is not listing the BR products at all on their site, so I purchased directly through BR US, and paid the $30 US for shipping plus duty etc. I have later learned that Henry's Camera here in Toronto is selling BR straps. This could have saved me money. BR needs up to date list of international vendors. This was all a big hassle that is easily avoided.

SCAM SCAM Exactly the same has happened to me, ordered a Segway and a few other bits, had no communication since purchase! Just vile how people can do things like this to people in general never mind on top of Christmas!

The strap won't stay secure on … The strap won't stay secure on shoulders. Within minutes of walking it rotates to the thin strap and the padded strap moves to the bottom. Frustrating. I ended up putting paper clip on sides to lock it in.

SCAM SCAM, ordered a hoverboard and a few other bits, they gave me a fake tracking number, ignored all my communications. Blocked me on Facebook. Absolutely disgusting. They have also changed their web from blackrapid.store to brapido.
