Scam Scam. I also ordered two Hoover boards. Was given a tracking number and what I received was an invoice with special delivery which needs to be signed. Now the status says delivered. Clever really. Im gutted

Poor customer service - rude email exchange I purchase a strap and the box was pre opened by bllackrapid. They should have informed me that they open all packages before sending. I emailed customer service and asked why was the package opened and I was rudely responded to. Stating that I need to send her pictures and that they open and preassemble. The item looked used.

Really not great Really not great. Bought a Curve Breathe Cross-Body Strap and a BlackRapid Hand Breathe Camera Strap. Both were not intuitive when trying to get started. the Hand strap comes with a wrist support that does not really feel sturdy and the hooks that connect to the hand strip are quite flimsy. Funny, it's expensive stuff so I thought I will buy it as it should be good but don't be fooled, this is really not good and a waste of money. Quite frustrated with this label actually....great marketing though, they have got that right!
