Needs Some Getting Used To Works well just need to get it adjusted right. One small thing, directions need a tad more detail. Its not hard to understand took me maybe 15/20 min's to work it out. However, if the directions were better it would have me taken me so long!

Terrible customer service The reason I gave 1 star was because my package came late. I know that's not black Rapids fault and I don't blame them for it. I did however reach out to the email that was provided in the contact us section of the website and emailed them. I never got a reply back. Any reply would've sufficed but nope. Not a single reply. Why have a contact us page if you're not gonna reply?

Really not great Really not great. Bought a Curve Breathe Cross-Body Strap and a BlackRapid Hand Breathe Camera Strap. Both were not intuitive when trying to get started. the Hand strap comes with a wrist support that does not really feel sturdy and the hooks that connect to the hand strip are quite flimsy. Funny, it's expensive stuff so I thought I will buy it as it should be good but don't be fooled, this is really not good and a waste of money. Quite frustrated with this label actually....great marketing though, they have got that right!
