Quality, quick delivery I purchased the woman’s original universal sandals. Delivery was quick. Large range of products, website easy to navigate. Product is good quality. Rubs a little on the toe section but could break in with time. Super lightweight and lots of flex. If you are between sizes, I’d recommend sizing down.

Fell apart in just TEN minutes! Purchased a VERY expensive pair of Teva shoes. Walked from hotel room (smooth tiles) to swimming pool. Less than TEN minutes the sole fell off! VERY badly manufactured. No response from customer service. Cheap local vendor shoes out lasted the entire hoilday including swmmming in the sea !!

POOR QUALITY TEVA SANDALS I HAVE WORN TEVAS FOR ABOUT 15 YEARS. BUT LATELY THESE TEVAS I PURCHASED ARE OF VERY POOR QUALITY. THE DON'T EVEN LAST A YEAR! MAYBE A SEASON OR TWO. TEVA PLEASE LET YOUR PATRONS KNOW THAT YOU HAVE CHANGED THE QUALITY OF THE MATERIALS THAT WERE PREVIOUSLY USED FOR TEVAS. I AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH MY TEVA SANDALS ; /

Do Not Use-No Delivery-No Refunds Ordered sandals in April 2022, payment taken, email notification of purchase, then..silence. No delivery, no response to emails, no refund. Do not use this company, do not waste your time or money. As previously listed here if there was a minus rating Teva would get it.

Failing Teva's, and poor cust service 3 pairs of Teva's (2 mine, and one for my dad) - all popped a strap at the ankle. We tried glueing them but they are never the same The last pair where only 18 months old, so I wrote to Teva highlighting what I thought was a design flaw, and trying to be helpful. They assumed I was asking for a refund, which I never mentioned once. After escalating, I had a 'manager' telling me I wasn't entitled to a refund - again, which I hadn't asked for. After a few more embarressing emails, I told them not to reply, as the damage was done, and I would never buy Teva again Currently on pair of Lizards, which are fantastic
