GBExcellent...detat? Excellent. Nothing but the best service that cares about your needs. Female staff truly understands detat! If I was the owner I would give the gals a week to ✍ an apology letter to me for their unlawful acts, duties and insubordination or face federal prosecution. They would NEVER purposefully destroy a company for profit, would they? After all overpriced birkenstocks or cheap slave labor made sketchers wouldn't want to profit at all costs, would they?

GBQuality has massively deteriorated I have worn Teva sandals since the early 1990's. I recently decided to get yet another pair (the F1 5 Universal being the new model name for the ones I had bought before) but they are no longer the same. I was shocked. The cushioning, especially under the balls of your feet, is now very poor for cushioned footwear let alone for what was once a leading manufacturer in this area. Other aspects are also distinctly lower quality and cheaper construction. I sent mine back for a refund.

GBBuilt in obsolescence! I love the style and fit of Teva sandals but after four pairs over around 5 years, every pair wear out in the exactly the same place at the ball of the foot, after about a season of wear. This is patently built in obsolescence as the uppers are fine and could take a another season at least. So much for their sustainable credentials, need to make their product last.

NZReturn pick up failure I ordered sandals online on May 5 23. I decided I didn't want them and followed the online instructions for returning them. I put package in my post box at the end of May to be picked up by the laughingly named Post Haste. It's still there! I've followed this up several times by email. Nominally it's the courier's fault, but the buck stops with Teva. They should have apologised directly to me and arranged pickup with a more conscientious courier. And it's Teva who are hanging on to my $120.

NZPoor customer service and long dispatch/waiting times Extremely terrible customer service as a New Zealand based customer. I have heard good things about Teva sandals so I ordered on online through their website but when I placed the order it had failed due to a technical issue. So I did another order but then realised the first order did in fact go through so I have ended up with two duplicate orders. I have emailed the company but have gone three days without a reply, so I called the Australian based customer service number (there isn't an NZ based number). They were extremely unhelpful and just said that once an order has been placed it can't be cancelled, even though it was due to an error on their part. The order hasn't even been dispatched yet?? They weren't even able to give a time frame for when it will be dispatched. Please do not order through the Teva website, if you do want to get Teva sandals go to a store like Katmandu or MacPac but I would recommend another brand like Chaco.
