GBBuilt in obsolescence! I love the style and fit of Teva sandals but after four pairs over around 5 years, every pair wear out in the exactly the same place at the ball of the foot, after about a season of wear. This is patently built in obsolescence as the uppers are fine and could take a another season at least. So much for their sustainable credentials, need to make their product last.

GBVery poor experience Very poor experience. I accidentally ordered the wrong shoes, caught it immediately after paying. I immediately found a prompt guiding me on how I could cancel the order within the first 30 minutes but what they proposed doesn’t exist on their phone or computer website. Obviously customer service for phone or text didn’t open till 10am ET and it was 9am ET. So annoying

GB25 years of Teva's, but no more. I have bought Teva's for 25 years. the last two pairs of Teva's fell apart within two weeks of wearing them. The second approved TEVA retailer [londonstore] are now ignoring my emails. It is clear that since TEVA were bought that short term profit is prioritised over long term brand satisfaction. No more TEVA's for me. I expect that i will get a response from TEVA trying to find a way to get this review taken down

GBQuality has massively deteriorated I have worn Teva sandals since the early 1990's. I recently decided to get yet another pair (the F1 5 Universal being the new model name for the ones I had bought before) but they are no longer the same. I was shocked. The cushioning, especially under the balls of your feet, is now very poor for cushioned footwear let alone for what was once a leading manufacturer in this area. Other aspects are also distinctly lower quality and cheaper construction. I sent mine back for a refund.

GBVery unprofessional VP Very poor customer service. I emailed the VP Anders Bergstrom several weeks ago and received no response. Their style #1003009 was a great boot. I have worn out 2 pair and style #1106832 replaced it. Horrible fit with a thin sole and no support like the discontinued boot. Why do you discontinue a great fitting boot and replace it with a substandard one?
