GBI purchased 6 or more pairs of sandals… I purchased 6 or more pairs of sandals over the years, when I made the latest purchase in a sale they let me place the order then cancelled as no stock. Teva’s idea of good service is to inform you they have cancelled your order, its not good enough, if they advertise a product at a price Teva should honour that, they simply don't. I gave then multiple opportunities to correct this, they weren’t interested. I will now seek an alternative supplier.

GBNo grip- broken ankle Beware these sandals are dangerous! I got them for backpacking in Costa Rica as they came highly recommended. Unfortunately on my 2nd day of wearing them 3 days into my holiday I slipped and severely broke my ankle. The grip on the sole of the sandal is non existent and these are dangerous. I reached out to teva to be told they don’t know of any grip issues and dismissed. I’ve seen at least 3 other reviews of slipping due to grip. Considering what I have been through your customer service has no empathy

GBTEVA used to stand out for excellence TEVA used to stand out for excellence, but not any more. I have spent the last two months trying to communicate about an exchange... NEVER, NEVER could connect with a live human. I persisted because we had been loyal customers. THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE (or lack thereof). Makes me sad!! Former NORDSTROM executive

IEDo Not Use-No Delivery-No Refunds Ordered sandals in April 2022, payment taken, email notification of purchase, then..silence. No delivery, no response to emails, no refund. Do not use this company, do not waste your time or money. As previously listed here if there was a minus rating Teva would get it.

GBFailing Teva's, and poor cust service 3 pairs of Teva's (2 mine, and one for my dad) - all popped a strap at the ankle. We tried glueing them but they are never the same The last pair where only 18 months old, so I wrote to Teva highlighting what I thought was a design flaw, and trying to be helpful. They assumed I was asking for a refund, which I never mentioned once. After escalating, I had a 'manager' telling me I wasn't entitled to a refund - again, which I hadn't asked for. After a few more embarressing emails, I told them not to reply, as the damage was done, and I would never buy Teva again Currently on pair of Lizards, which are fantastic
