Excellent...detat? Excellent. Nothing but the best service that cares about your needs. Female staff truly understands detat! If I was the owner I would give the gals a week to ✍ an apology letter to me for their unlawful acts, duties and insubordination or face federal prosecution. They would NEVER purposefully destroy a company for profit, would they? After all overpriced birkenstocks or cheap slave labor made sketchers wouldn't want to profit at all costs,would they?

Fell apart in just TEN minutes! Purchased a VERY expensive pair of Teva shoes. Walked from hotel room (smooth tiles) to swimming pool. Less than TEN minutes the sole fell off! VERY badly manufactured. No response from customer service. Cheap local vendor shoes out lasted the entire hoilday including swmmming in the sea !!

No grip- broken ankle Beware these sandals are dangerous! I got them for backpacking in Costa Rica as they came highly recommended. Unfortunately on my 2nd day of wearing them 3 days into my holiday I slipped and severely broke my ankle. The grip on the sole of the sandal is non existent and these are dangerous. I reached out to teva to be told they don’t know of any grip issues and dismissed. I’ve seen at least 3 other reviews of slipping due to grip. Considering what I have been through your customer service has no empathy

POOR QUALITY TEVA SANDALS I HAVE WORN TEVAS FOR ABOUT 15 YEARS. BUT LATELY THESE TEVAS I PURCHASED ARE OF VERY POOR QUALITY. THE DON'T EVEN LAST A YEAR! MAYBE A SEASON OR TWO. TEVA PLEASE LET YOUR PATRONS KNOW THAT YOU HAVE CHANGED THE QUALITY OF THE MATERIALS THAT WERE PREVIOUSLY USED FOR TEVAS. I AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH MY TEVA SANDALS ; /

I bought a pair of Teva sandals based… I bought a pair of Teva sandals based upon recommendation. Firstly, they started to smell terrible after a few wears, and even when washed the smell lingers in the sole. I don’t normally have smelly feet and this hasn’t happened with other sandals. Secondly, the ankle strap pulled out of the sole after about 5 months of limited wear. After multiple messages to and from customer service they sent me a returns label, I sent them back, the returns shop didn’t give me a proof of postage, and now Teva have refused to refund or replace, despite me having sent them the original invoice and photos of broken sandals. So……stinky, badly made, and crap customer service. Don’t even bother buying in the first place.
