Wish I could give no stars Wish I could give no stars. I ordered a dog car seatbelt and it came with other goodies, at this point everything is fine. Until they started charging my card for things I did not buy and send me realy cheap quality pet items. I never agreed to a subscription and I couldn't find an unsuscribe link or anything, so I've had to dispute the transaction and get a new card. Very sketchy and dishonest, seems like they try to trap customers into subscriptions without them knowing.

SCAMS Terrible Customer service no one answers for days! There is no phone number you get put on monthly subscription that you never agree too and there’s no where to go to cancel it. Calling my bank tomorrow do not fall for their scams!!!!

Absolutely incompetent! I understand why this company’s overall rating is so low. They are incompetent at filling an order based on the specifications I entered. I ordered dog boots for a 40 lb dog. They sent dog boots that would probably fit a toy poodle. When I contacted them, they said we do not refund or exchange! What??? Wait! This was their error. They agreed to send another pair. Hoping for the appropriate size, I was disappointed to receive another pair of dog boots slightly larger than the first pair they sent. What is the matter with these people??!! Do not order from this company!!!!

Please don’t use this company Please don’t use this company. I normally read reviews but sadly the item was half the normal price so greed got the better of me. Luckily we paid by PayPal so got a refund. The website no longer exists....all they have done is farm my information from PayPal..Hopefully I will have no more dealings with this company, I learned a valuable lesson.

Scam BEWARE! Actually, MINUS STARS but that’s not an option here. Fraudulent company. I ordered a fishing knot tying kit from another company name but the charge was from Safe Pet. In addition, they added a charge of 39.00 at the end of the transaction with no way to enter to correct this. Their customer service number is not in order. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. BEware!
