USSafepet.co Terrible experience I only tried to get the free seatbelt and they charged me for other things there is no number u can contact at all when you email they do not respond they also will trap u in a subscription to the point u have to get a new card. This is such a crappy website needs to be shut down immediately. They dont care about your dogs at all all they care about is their crappy money. Very dishonest untrustworthy people

USDO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE IT IS A SCAM! This website is a scam. I ordered a leash and was charged for more than I ordered because they added things into my order that I did not click on. When checking out there is no where on the website stating that by placing an order you are also subscribing to a monthly charge of 49.95 on random dog stuff. There is no where on the website to cancel this subscription/membership and there is no working phone number to call in order to do so. Emailing them is difficult because they dont seem to respond to complaints or concerns. I have filed an FBI internet crime complaint in hopes to get this website shut down and I hope itll help others who have become victims of safepet.co

USHorrible Customer Service I wish I would have looked at all the reviews prior to making a purchase. I wanted to return 2 dog seat belts that I purchased and have not used because I can't get my dogs to sit in the back seat. They want to sit in the far back of my SUV. They requested pictures of the items before they would even initiate a return conversation. Then they explained how to return them but there will be a $4.95 restocking fee for each item and I have to pay return shipping etc...I will never buy from this company nor will I ever suggest somebody buy from this company. Horrible customer service.

USSCAM!!!!!!!! SCAM. Don’t order anything from this bull**** company. I ordered over a month ago and was already charged- never got any shipping confirmation and convinced I will never receive my items. And to make things worse, their “support” team doesn’t respond to my emails and when they do it’s all lies.

USA terrible website and because of this… A terrible website and because of this I do not remember actually placing the order. They had my account number so not only did they charge me for item, but charged me for a recurring subscription which I never saw on their website. They did credit the subscription. It took over a month to receive my supposed item. Returns are to be sent to China....pricey. They will not pay for return shipping. They said I turned down an offer which they did not even send to me. Had to involve my credit card and file a dispute. Will report this to the Better Business Bureau.
