A group of Scammers with awful customer service Safepet is an absolutely awful and dispicable company, if you can even call it that. I purchased ONE dog seatbelt harness, and then was charged for 2, and a dog carry bag that I NEVER purchased! Their website has flaws and lies on multiple pages. Worst of all their quote “unbeatable customer service” NEVER answers emails and is extremely frustrating to communicate with. After I noticed that I had been charged for things that I had never purchased, I immediately emailed them, only to find out that there was NO canceling and returns would cost more than the original product did. Please don’t be fooled, and PLEASE do not buy anything from this horrible, awful group of scammers.

SCAM!!!!!!!! SCAM. Don’t order anything from this bull**** company. I ordered over a month ago and was already charged- never got any shipping confirmation and convinced I will never receive my items. And to make things worse, their “support” team doesn’t respond to my emails and when they do it’s all lies.

Total scam Total scam! Don’t trust this company. Ordered a “Free” seatbelt and was charged $10 for shipping plus another $10 for a brush I didn’t order. Tried to contact company to cancel order immediately after but no response from company through email. No phone number.

I ordered a safety belt almost 2 months… I ordered a safety belt almost 2 months ago. I still have never received it. I have sent numerous emails and the response is always to give it 7 more days. I feel right now to just figure out I have donated my money to a scam and will be contacting the State Attorney General. If they had a below star rating that is what they would have from me. I will let every let store I go into about those experience.
