SCAM!!!!!!!! SCAM. Don’t order anything from this bull**** company. I ordered over a month ago and was already charged- never got any shipping confirmation and convinced I will never receive my items. And to make things worse, their “support” team doesn’t respond to my emails and when they do it’s all lies.

A group of Scammers with awful customer service Safepet is an absolutely awful and dispicable company, if you can even call it that. I purchased ONE dog seatbelt harness, and then was charged for 2, and a dog carry bag that I NEVER purchased! Their website has flaws and lies on multiple pages. Worst of all their quote “unbeatable customer service” NEVER answers emails and is extremely frustrating to communicate with. After I noticed that I had been charged for things that I had never purchased, I immediately emailed them, only to find out that there was NO canceling and returns would cost more than the original product did. Please don’t be fooled, and PLEASE do not buy anything from this horrible, awful group of scammers.

Bogus Charges My wife orders pet supplies online often and usually goes through reputable websites. When looking for car restraints she found what she wanted on Safe Pet. They billed us 39.95 on December 6 which slipped past me and then billed us again today for the same amount. I emailed my financial institution as the latest charge is pending and maybe we can block it. The funny thing was a little over a week ago we received a package packed with some real crappy pet products that we never ordered and when we went to send it back it did not have a valid return address in it. We cancelled my wife’s card and will probably take this to law enforcement.

Total scam Total scam! Don’t trust this company. Ordered a “Free” seatbelt and was charged $10 for shipping plus another $10 for a brush I didn’t order. Tried to contact company to cancel order immediately after but no response from company through email. No phone number.
