SCAMS Terrible Customer service no one answers for days! There is no phone number you get put on monthly subscription that you never agree too and there’s no where to go to cancel it. Calling my bank tomorrow do not fall for their scams!!!!

I feel like I dodged a bullet I feel like I dodged a bullet. Larry, our salesman, was awesome and my Bunkhouse Rustic Lodge XL Dog House was sent in a very timely manner and the quality of the house was also excellent. There were no surprises other than me being absolutely happy with zero complaints regarding my puppy's new outside shelter. Purchase date was 9/22/2020.

Total scam Total scam! Don’t trust this company. Ordered a “Free” seatbelt and was charged $10 for shipping plus another $10 for a brush I didn’t order. Tried to contact company to cancel order immediately after but no response from company through email. No phone number.

Horrible Customer Service I wish I would have looked at all the reviews prior to making a purchase. I wanted to return 2 dog seat belts that I purchased and have not used because I can't get my dogs to sit in the back seat. They want to sit in the far back of my SUV. They requested pictures of the items before they would even initiate a return conversation. Then they explained how to return them but there will be a $4.95 restocking fee for each item and I have to pay return shipping etc...I will never buy from this company nor will I ever suggest somebody buy from this company. Horrible customer service.

I have no words 😖 DON’T FALL FOR IT ‼️ You can not teach any customer service by phone or email to support site. Things were added to my cart I did not order and couldn’t be removed. Without knowing when you get the VIP box , your subscribing to monthly deliveries. A horrible experience going in 5 was so far and still can’t get any direct answers 👎👎👎
