GBAbsolutely terrible Absolutely terrible. Paid for monthly, it said I needed a subscription or to upgrade (which I had and did not need to do) I clicked on it to see options and it automatically upgraded me to annual 100$. Instantly tried to contact support... There is none.. a run around automated system chat and then support sends emails with cookie cutter template responses with zero help or substance no matter what you say. scammed for 100$ Never would have guessed from an official NFL site. Now looking here... 1.2 stars.. everyone similar experiences. TRASH

GBNFL.com is by far the worst online and… NFL.com is by far the worst online and mobile app that I’ve ever had to use. The level of difficulty it takes to cancel the subscription is evidence of pure greed and malice, therefore forcing users to continue a subscription that is not needed! Stop making it so difficult to cancel a subscription with NFL.com it’s not only unethical it’s passive aggressive subscription cancellation behavior. Make it seamless and stop the greed!! I will never refer family or friends to use this app on Roku, IOS, and Android.

CHI am trying to use NFL+ I am trying to use NFL+, but i have troubles. There is nearly no way to contact the support. You can only talk to a chat bot. A realy bad one for now a days with chatGPT working. He doesn't understand. After trying to talk to him for about half a hour he finaly is open up a support ticket and asks for my email and evry thing else. But at the summary at the end, he had the mail adress wrong. he got only the second part after the point between my to names (and i can see in the chat history that i enterd id right). But you can't change it. So i hade to do it again. Faithing with him half a hour until it starts to open a ticket and reenter ever thing. but at the end the mail adress was wrong again. There is no way proper way to conntact support if you have trouble.

GBTerrible service at all levels Terrible service. Not worth it. Paid on line, couldn't watch an out of market game. It was requesting access to FOX sports thru a paid subscription to TV provider. I do have that, but experiencing problems so went this route. Why pay for NFL+ if my Fox Sports is working thru Dish? Then - want to get customer service? No such thing. Chatbot only. No AI. suggestion to NFL.com? get Artificial Intelligence - but first get rid of your Natural Stupidity.

GBI would give it zero stars if I could I would give it zero stars if I could. It only stays connected about 5 mins before going back to home screen on fire stick. I did the recommended fix, clear cache uninstall then reinstall. That let it work for about 4 hrs before it was right back to dropping. It also takes close to 3 minutes to re log each time. Makes it unwatchable. This has been a problem all year how the NFL doesn't fix it is unbelievable.
